Wow. What a find. Our taxi driver said Palmar was the place to go for authentic Valencian paella -- a locale South of Valencia lined with waterways, fishing boats, and rice patties!

Incredible paella and house specialties -- the stuffed peppers and cheesecake were sublime.

Can't wait to return next time in Valencia!

Very friendly personnel, although most staff only speaks Spanish, our waiter helped us out with the menu and was overall very pleasant and patient. We ordered two paellas for four people and were unable to finish as the portions were huge. Overall the food was delicious. We were recommended the squid with beans and garlic for a starter and it was truly amazing. Highly recommend.

Family restaurant with an outstanding service. Their products are km 0, all fresh and good. The waiter recommendations were accurate. We ordered a bottle of wine, two appetizers and the paella. The valencian wine and the paella were so delicious I will come back. High quality service, very nice people. They are one of a few restaurants of the area opened on weekend nights

Fantastic rice, wonderful dessert! Super lovely service.. and all close to the boat tours of the lake… we eat a lot of Spanish rice and this was one of the best. Also on a nice little street. 🤗

Our server was very active and helpful. Good food. Sepia a la plancha was tasty and soft. The Paella was sooo good as I expected it to be. Going through the efforts of eating paella where it originated was worth the trip!

The food was very good. We ate the croquettes and a "Paella Valenciana". The servers were very attentive and tried their best to communicate well with us.
