Great Christmas day. Kallie was fantastic, friendly and helpful at table service. The food was really delicious, especially the dauphinoise potatoes, sprouts and parsnips. Superb diligence and management from Amanda and special thanks to Jac for being so kind to help me carry my plate and even doing my gravy. Fantastic teamwork. Came with our 3 dogs after a long walk and the service was phenomenal from all the staff. They gave us 3 bowls full of leftover carvery meat and veg which went down a treat. Our server, Meghan, was excellent at making us feel welcome and was very attentive with us and the animals!

I think her name was Meghan, she is a vegan and was absolutely wonderful. We have had her Twice now on our visits to the pub, I keep meaning to review her but kept forgetting to. She is very knowledgeable about what foods are suitable for us vegans and being vegan herself, we feel reassured and confident with what she advised. She is polite and Informative, she went the extra mile for us last time and gave us the chocolate bombs left over from Christmas. They were delicious. She remembers us, when we go which adds a great personal touch. Wish there were more people like her to promote excellent customer experiences 🥰

Staff were friendly and helpful the bar/restaurant was full but we received our food within 45minutes and everything we ordered was available. There was a quiz going on when we arrived which we all agreed to come to next time. Good choice of food on the menu

We loved the carvery so much we visited two nights in a row. All the staff were really lovely and helpful. The carvery was delicious, the beef was a little fatty on the second visit but we had enough food on the plate to make sure we were full enough. On the first night we both enjoyed desserts. It took a little while to come out on the first night but it was totally worth the wait. The red velvet cheesecake was beautiful.

I pre booked and all my requirements were catered for perfectly. All staff are lovely and very efficient. The carvery was great and my partner was delighted with his mixed grill , steak cooked to perfection. Prices on the nail .

Booked table as needed space for walking aid. Plenty of room. Varied menu, everyone happy. excellent quality food. Very reasonable prices. Generous portions. Friendly service. Will return.

There did happen to be a rude, loud woman shouting at the staff which was handled respectfully and very well by Cristella, props to her. Great customer service all round.

I have been coming to the King brychan for a while now as its where me and my family meet in the middle to visit each other and each time I've visited there is a gentleman who stands out with his amazing customer service. Today Richard has gone out of his way to assist me every way he could. Amazing service from a gentleman always smiling and happy to help

The man who greeted us at the entrance was amazing. I’m sorry I’ve forgotten his name. We were a party of 8 and arrived at different times. He told us some of the group had already arrived and took us to our table. It was my daughter’s birthday and we had secretly brought a cake. He kept it in the kitchen and then after the meal brought it out with sparklers lit whist loudly and enthusiastically singing ‘Happy Birthday’. It was a lovely surprise for her and made our day. He then returned with serviettes and a knife to cut the cake. It was very busy at the time but he made an effort to be cheerful and friendly which resulted it us having a lovely time. I hope he gets this fed back to him and please thank him again.

Richard was amazing! Excellent service, he made us feel really welcome and took us to the perfect table, nothing was to much trouble for him. Great visit. I’d come back for his service alone!

I'm currently sat in here with some friends after a long and very arduous hike today and I/we are all thoroughly impressed with this place! Big shout to Richard and Crystal for such welcoming and friendly service. I'd definitely come back again and I highly recommend this place 🙂👌🏼

Came here for a family meal. There was 15 of us and we didn't book - stupid I know - but they sorted us out tables straight away. Food was delicious and we all ordered a variety of meals. My steak was cooked to perfection. And didn't have any complaints from the rest of my party. Will definitely be returning soon 😌 also a big shout out to Amanda and Kim who couldn't do more for us as we had children with us and they were very friendly and warm towards them

We took our family here for our family meal. Food was filling absolutely yummy. Prices are good too. Staff very friendly and helpful. Grandsons burger was a tad burnt round the edge being a fussy eater made it fun! Otherwise a really lovely place to go.

I stopped in to today for a carvery. It was absolutely divine, the meat was tender and everything was hot. 10 out of 10
The atmosphere was a bit loud especially with little one's crying but you can't escape that when you dine out.

We went down on Friday, the 29th of March. We had a problem with our bill but the wonderful crystal Manager Sorted it out and we came back on Saturday the 30th for a free meall The hospitality and the staff are really good, and Crystal was really against it, and she is a real star 🌟
