My partner and I popped in to get some idea on what my 10 year old might be talking about when he asks for a gaming set up for Xmas. The young man who helped us was extremely helpful and had a great way of explaining the differences between the devices available. 10 out of 10 service.

Good quality equipment, plenty of stock for everyone. Staff always helpful and willing to find what you require. Best of hi tech shop.

From point of sale to delivery, completely satisfied. Unfortunately the only down side was that the store in Merthyr allowed us to browse without any interuption, unlike stores in Bangor, Llandudno, Rhyl, Wrecsam etc, where staff are on you as soon as you are walking down the shop floor. Was strange in Merthyr to get the time to look without being pestered by staff.

We ought a dish washer this week .we were advised and served by Gavin at Merthyr Tydfil branch. He was a bright and knowlegible salesman with a very pleasant manner. We left feeling well satisfied.

Plenty of parking and disable bays also great access for mobility scooter and wheelchair great selection of electrical items but make sure of what your looking for before you go down Do your homework of what you want also check on YouTube if you go for something else so it gives you some ideas of the alternative that is offered but it's a great store

Great staff helped me out with a cable for my new phone & Robert on carphone warehouse gave me sound advice on external hardrives.

Very helpful salesman Mike. I wanted a LG C1, but he pointed me at a Sony A80 for comparison. Still went for the LG but nice to speak to someone who nows what they are talking about 10/10. Also, special mention mention to the young guy who brought it out to car and helped us squeeze it in.

Absolutely brilliant experience at Curry’s Merthyr! I was served by LINDA (absolute brilliant woman) she went through loads of options with me regarding a surround sound set, and an MacBook. She did everything she could to make sure you was happy with your purchase and went above and beyond. LINDA is the definition of customer service. Definitely needs a pay rise, what a woman and a credit to Curry’s Merthyr !
