Nando's Merthyr Tydfil

We had a delightful experience at Nando's with our 8-month-old daughter! The staff was welcoming and accommodating, making our visit enjoyable. As an Indian family, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and flavorful spicy food. The ambiance was lively, and the service was prompt. Highly recommended for families who enjoy a bit of spice in their meals!

Cheeky Nandos. Always hits the spot. Juicy chicken, lots of tasty sides. It's a huge calorie hit but who cares. Butterfly chicken is my personal favourite. Not cheap mind can cost 15-20 quid depending on options.

Foods always great here, comes out fast and hot.
Service always warm and friendly. The woman with the red Lipstick who served us was lovely and couldn't do enough.

Great service friendly staff. They were busy but still managed to deliver hot food which was cooked to perfection (tender) fast Morgan and Holly (think the manager) provided great customer service. Would highly recommend!!

The staff were excellent when we turned up with a group of 23 people. The food was served promptly, and a couple of errors were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The only issue on the day was that desserts were offered and bought, only to them discover that they were out of stock. (Obviously these were refunded, but it was a bit of a disappointment).

A great nandos! Whilst the seating area is relatively small the food is served quickly and the staff seem friendly. Lovely food!

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff , good food.
Order was originally wrong but was quickly rectified by our amazing server James, who couldnt appologise enough and was very attentive. Will be coming back again soon!

Food was cooked well, service was super fast and easy to order with the app. The only downside was that the music was a little too loud, and I found it slightly difficult to talk to my mum across the table.

Always nice food. No wait for a table today as this restaurant can be quite busy so if you may want to book for large table (6 plus)

Absolutely amazing service food was served very quickly and tasted Amazing and cooked to a great standard and full of flavour the glasses and cutlery were clean and everything was explained Clearly of the service cycle and how to order however the restaurant was very cold but it had only just opened so that may have been the reason. Easily the best meal out I have had in a long time and will definitely be returning.

Having visited a few times in the past couple of years the service and food has always been good, as I'd expect from a well run chain. Pick you arrival time wisely would be my advice so as not to clash with the cinema showings finishing. Other than that no complaints from me.

Visited this afternoon (first meal out since March!) and was very impressed with the new system of ordering and paying at the table. Delicious meal, loved it! Staff were constantly wiping down tables, chairs and surfaces, which was reassuring. Keep up the good work 👍
