Bought the wrong paint myself went back into store to try and find the correct paint I needed one of the staff at the paint department was so helpful today and helped me find the right shade and helped me find what brushes I would need to do the job myself. Very helpful, thanks so much!

As usual I arrived at 7am for an early pick up of my click and collect on a Saturday morning. This time to finally complete my project with timbers and other smaller items ordered the night before. The same lady was at the service desk who is an absolute pleasure to be served by. We had a pleasant conversation whilst I waited for the back of house man to bring the flat bed trolley loaded with my items. The click and collect service is easy to navigate and all of the items I've needed have always been in stock. Thank you to B&Q Merthyr Tydfil for an efficient and friendly service. Driving the extra 18 miles is always worth it!

Really helpful chap assisted us with the purchase of a drill. We didn't have a clue. He was so interesting that other customers stopped to listen! Great staff and a good range of products.

Thank you to Andrew for his patience and help this evening. Cutting and fitting our plywood (for under the mattress of our bed) into our little car required patience and he was brilliant. Highly recommend. It fits well. Will sleep well tonight.

Today a guy called Daniel was very helpful I asked for assistance with removing a show sink off a board and he was more than happy to help.
the task was a little challenging however Daniel stayed Cheerful and professional. Also Sarah on tills both very helpful with great customer service skills thank you both 😀

Such helpful staff! Particularly wish to mention Sam for her help on kitchen cupboards, Chris in the outside area for getting wet getting a storage bin off a shelf, Kallie for her patience at the till while activating a Membership and finding the barcode for a discount and Dirk for his pleasantry and conversation as we left the store. All went above and beyond with their attention to us as customers leaving us with an overwhelming sense of happiness as we left the store to continue the rest of our day.

Have bought various garden plants, compost, outdoor materials, paint, and tools. No problem with any of purchases and Never had a problem in distant future.

This is a personnel review is for Samuel W, who has helped myself and my wife with a big project.

We were in the shop browsing and my wife had a notepad with her and we were approched by Sam, he said "it looks like you have a bit todo with that notepad, can I help" 🤝 he then listened to our needs and walked us through different products, designed multiple layouts and gave us options.

We then arranged another meeting to go through tiles and my wife experienced fantastic customer service from Samuel again, he clearly is a very knowledgeable man and knows his job inside out.

We've not spent penny yet but we will, Samuel has really made this experience easy and enjoyable so when we make the purchase I just hope the product is as good quality as Sam.

I shop there regularly, they have a very good selection of food items, also items for pets and the home. I recently bought my paint for decorating my home, I thought the price was very reasonable.

Typical B&Q store. Being a fairly new store it still looks clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful and very observant, remembering regular customers and getting them warmly.

The store had the usual range of DIY materials and tools, but it also includes a trade centre for those in business. Most items are available from stock and the staff are more than willing to help with transport to your vehicle, if required.

Thursday is senior day with discounts for the over 60's.

Has all your DIY needs. The nursery is good too. If you shop around you may find some items cheaper elsewhere but by the time you have driven to several shops it will have cost you more in fuel than what you have saved

Went to buy a panel door with 6 panels wanted a 686 wide but it was 32 quid but I bought a 712 wide for only 21 quid. Seems a bit daft to me but it's a good job I am making a frame for it from scratch so it wasn't essential to get the narrower one. In and out the store really quick so can't complain about that 😊
