Been in a few times recently and have always had excellent service. However today Ellie went above and beyond to help me out! Thank you

Came in here today to exchange a pair of earrings. Came in to collect a pair of earrings and walked out with an extra 2 pairs under the 3 for 2 offer. She went above and beyond in the customer service which I rarely encounter. She was also very knowledgeable about the products and jewellery fashion. She spoke with confidence which made trust her explicitly. I don't know if I would've got that from someone else. What I do know I'd definitely be back and no doubt buy more if I see Ellie in store.

Fantastic service in this store on both occasions I have been there. What a difference to the appalling service I received at the store in Exeter. My daughter managed to break her bracelet clasp on the day of her birthday party, and when we finally found the email receipt, it was replaced immediately.
