John and Karen were super friendly and helpful, great team! We had the BEST day, what a great way to round off our summer holiday before returning to work! We kayaked from 10am to 5pm, and brought lunch to eat on one of our stops. The chutes were just an added bonus to our already amazing day! Also, great value for a whole days worth of fun. Views were stunning… I can’t believe I live 25 minutes from here and have only discovered this place! We will definitely return again and highly recommend!!

Outstanding and easy hire, excellent price could fault anything. John and Karen were great help, the map given gave us average time between each weir. Great day despite being absolutely soaked.

A great experience with a friendly and well knowledgeable team. Could not have helped more in order to give us the best experience of the river they could even taking photos at the start and storing a bag in their van.

Once on the river you can go as far as you like and back in the time you have which is very good amount of time for the money and the chutes at the locks are great fun. Very easy paddle for beginners. Wildlife pops up every so often to which is great.

Would happily go again and recommend going to others.

We had a fantastic day in our 2 person canoe. The briefing was very thorough and helpful for us (first timers). John and Karen were very informative and encouraging. They love the river and are very enthusiastic about paddling.

Went there for a nice relaxing kayak ride. Water is very calm this time of year and ideal. Enjoyed some great sights and wildlife too including a Mink who let us get close enough for a half-decent pic.
John was great - very helpful, friendly and accommodating, explained everything clearly and clearly loves what he does.
The kayak came with hide-away storage space, and the equipment was in great shape too, including life jackets, several dry-bags, plus map of the routes.
Planned to spend an hour here, ended up spending 4 and loved every minute of it.
Would highly recommend this company, and this route.

My 7 yr old daughter and me had a perfect day kayaking on the Medway. John and Karen met us on arrival, couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, and we were on the water in no time. As it was my daughters first time in a kayak, we took it easy, enjoying the peaceful river and a new site around each bend. I was impressed with all the equipment, everything we needed was provided and all of good quality. We stopped for lunch by a WW2 pillbox and even enjoyed dodging a passing shower on the way back. My daughter loved it and we're hoping to get our own kayak to try on a loch or two in Scotland this summer. This was the perfect introduction to kayaking. Thanks John and Karen!

Me and my family had an amazing day going up the three locks in a double and a single kayak.

John and Karen were really friendly, fun and helpful. And the equipment they provided was really good quality and they gave us lots of dry bags.

Only downside was we only found out about them in their final few days of their season and could only go once this year. But we will definitely be going again once they start up again in May next year.

We had a great time kayaking. Beautiful scenery and we were lucky with the weather. All was well organised and equipment was ready for us on arrival. We were a group of 19, different ages, but everyone was happy. Service was brilliant from the point of booking the kayaks and canoe over the phone, to the end of the day. A few of us were late returning boats as elderly people struggled to go faster but John was super understanding and waited for us. We really appreciated it! Happy to recommend this experience!

We have been here twice now in three weeks. John and Karen are really helpful and have a wealth of information. The kayaks are brilliant and we especially enjoyed the sluce runs. Great for novices, if you thinking of giving it a go I thoroughly recommend Elveys.

We had a very enjoyable day Kayaking on the Medway which is such a beautiful, peaceful river going towards Tonbridge. John and Karen were most helpful in explaining the route and what to expect, including our coffee stop at the Riverside cafe and our picnic lunch in the Meadow. The equipment provided was of a high standard - the kayaks, life jackets, helmets and even dry bags. We would highly recommend it to a group who would like a bit of a challenge, especially the slopes on the return journey. Do have a look at their very informative website.

John and Karen - Such a lovely couple! We were running late as waited an hour for a BLT sandwich nearby, but they were patient and thorough with instructions and recommendations.

It is also such fantastic activity to do! Everything was provided for - something to hold the mobile phones, life jackets, dry bags, etc.

The river was pretty calm, we hired a double for my 8-year-old and I, so I was doing most of the work. We were not stressed though, it was my daughter's first time kayaking, so we just wanted to meander about a bit, stopped at a lovely cafe near the lock for lunch.

The equipment provided were clean and well maintained, when we got back early (anytime before 5pm), we called the number and they arrived within 5 minutes to collect.

Highly recommend this activity, and I'd love to do it again in summer when the canoe slides are open!
