Visited the paddock wood store today with my 8 month old golden retriever Doug. Jack served me and was super super helpful! He was very knowledgeable about the food and couldn’t have been friendlier to Doug. He is a credit to the store! :)

Amazing store experience this morning in your paddock wood store. Store colleague Jack took his time and interest in explaining to me some recommended treats to my dogs needs and medical dietary requirements. He was knowledgeable and caring and went above and beyond. Jack is a real credit to the Pets Corner team. Thank you very much Jack, we will return again for your fantastic service and help!

Visited this store twice this week. Although it is out of my way and there are nearer pet store I will always choose this one. The staff of pets corner are amazing. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. And will give you all the time you need to buy the most suitable products. I cannot recommend them too highly.

Visited to get our dogs new coats for the winter. Jack was absolutely fabulous with our dogs and helped us find coats that were perfect. He really cared about finding the correct fit and correct type of coat and even offered to walk one of our dogs around the store so we could concentrate on one at a time. Really impressed and will be coming back. Thank you!

Wonderful store we visit often, usually weekly, for our rescue dog's food and garden bird food. The staff are amazing, so friendly and welcoming and couldn't be more helpful each time we go. It is a real pleasure to visit and it is so nice to see the same staff each time rather than different people who aren't familiar with our dog. Our rescue boy just laps up all the attention and loves going! We also feel our boy has benefitted enormously from the high quality food we buy there.

Extremely helpful service and a great range of products. They were very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions on keeping my dog's teeth clean when he won't tolerate brushing.

I am so pleased to have visited Pets Corner today and met the girls who helped me. They were so helpful and explained much about keeping my dogs teeth free of plaque. Their shop was packed full of everything pet wise and the prices were so reasonable. I look forward to my next visit too

The staff are so friendly, always greet as soon as I walk in. Make a big fuss of my dog and don't get upset when he turns his nose up at the treats they give him - they usually see it as a challenge to find something he will take! I come in regularly and they are always helpful. We also enjoyed the puppy corner when my dog was younger - great idea for socialising. Love coming to this store, it's always a treat for me and my pup.

Everyone who works here is delightful and so helpful. Whether it’s helping you find products, helping you to the car, picking up after you when your dog’s tail swipes everything off the shelves!

I don’t go anywhere else for dog food, as they always have the best quality stuff, and a good selection for my guinea pigs as well.

I have to say that I trust PetsCorner above any other pet shop. The expert service provided in-store that I have experienced at the Paddock Wood and Tunbridge Wells shops has been consistently helpful and the items they stock are the best available on the market for your dog!

I was served by Jack yesterday. He was absolutely brilliant with my 2 dogs, who need new harnesses. His patience and expertise was outstanding. Thank you Jack!

I use pets corner in paddock wood garden centre. I buy rabbit and guinea pig foods. I also purchase cat dry food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They always answer any questions I have regarding the pets.

With 4 cats and a dog, I'm a regular visitor to Pets Corner in Paddock Wood. Staff are always helpful and friendly. The shop is dog friendly too. They even hold puppy socialisation sessions.

Lovely place and great knowledgable staff. Plus you know they only sell reputable food brands that aren’t killing your pets!! It’s the only place I trust.

Amazingly friendly staff who helped up get everything we needed when we got some new kittens.

Our nearly 18 year old cat has just been diagnosed with Diabetes. I came into the Paddock Wood branch as I work next door. I explained what I was looking for, ie: low carbohydrate, no grain, no added sugar food and the lovely lady was so helpful. She read the ingredients herself to determine what was best for our cat. I was really impressed and so relieved she knew what I was talking about and what type of food I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable. I went back in the next day to buy some more as my cat liked what she recommended. Thank you :-)

Best Pets Corner, I always come to this one as the staff are so helpful and always take the time to help and make a fuss of my dog. Never feel rushed and always on hand with good advice.

I have always found the staff go above and beyond. Nothing is to much trouble. They are friendly. Welcoming, professional and so knowledgeable. They take the time to answer questions and provide help. They never rush you and make me and my dog welcome every visit. Because of the quality of products and the service we continue going back time after time. We always recommend them. Jen served me the last few times and she was so helpful with my questions. She had the knowledge to help me. She remembers things you tell her and even asked me how I was getting on with a new product I had purchased to try. I was so impressed. That’s great customer service. They must see so many people but to take the time and remember things that we discussed is above and beyond. Well done and Thank you.
