The only decent chippy we have left in the area. The gorgeous smell hits you as you enter the shop and reminds you of how fish and chip shops used to be before hipsters hijacked the scene. Lovely generous portions, tastes like proper traditional fish and chips how they should be. Crispy batter. Service good and quick, and prices are now reasonable considering everything going up and up.

Food was excellent but the chap who served me was very abrupt not the Chinese man though not abrupt enough to stop me going back.

Their fish is always very tasty and cooked to perfection. No mushy gunky batter. I always finish all of it from there. Whereas I always leave most of the batter from other fish and chip shops. Oh and the chips are tasty too.

i have had fish and chips from some of the best chippys in the uk but i must say this one is by far the best ive been to, always cooked to order and the batter is so crispy and the fish is so moist its unreal, so much better than that other well known one in ditton. please give it a go you wont be disappointed.
