Heywood Spa Hotel

My family and I enjoyed our stay no end. We chose it for the location and in all honesty price. We found it incredibly good value for the money. The hotel staff were both courteous and welcoming, our room (two adults and two children) was comfortable, the spa facilities were a real treat and the restaurant was the cherry on top. We will be returning for sure. Thank you

Stayed here for my daughters birthday as a surprise, thank you so much to all the staff at Heywood for participating and making her birthday special and one to remember, from upon arrival to saying goodbye was wonderful! We loved using the facilities including the sauna and jacuzzi, bedroom was beautiful bed was super comfy, dinner & breakfast was delicious with a variety of choice. Again a massive thanks to all the staff for an amazing time.

I loved my time at Heywood spa hotel on the weekend! the atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. the service throughout was fantastic. The spa was lovely. I really enjoyed my treatment.
In the evening we had food in there restaurant and it was delicious. I cant wait to visit again.

We celebrated my wife's birthday with a surprise 2-night visit to the hotel. We had an excellent room, delicious meals, and the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming.
We loved our early morning swims. We plan to return again and would highly recommend this lovely hotel, with easy access to Tenby town and beaches.

Couldn’t fault my stay at Heywood Spa. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and the hotel was immaculate. My friends and I really enjoyed our spa treatments and using the sauna and outdoor hot tub. Great drinks selection at the bar and we had a fantastic meal in the restaurant. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Will definitely be returning.

A fabulous hotel located a short walk from Tenby centre. Warm and welcoming staff, beautifully decorated rooms with comfy beds and spotless bathrooms. A lovely spa and sauna. Great brasserie style restaurant serving really good food that is reasonably priced.

Absolutely fantastic stay. The staff could not have been more accommodating, the room was modern and could clearly see newly refurbished (executive room). I even forgot my glasses and was astounded when offered a pair so I could read the menu. Nothing was too much trouble and we couldn't have asked for a better more welcoming stay. Thoroughly enjoyed and came away relaxed (the main goal). Also, spa facilities were lovely and the food was excellent and majority is locally sourced which is an attribute to the hotel!

Had a fantastic stay at Heywood Spa Hotel with a group of friends. We had a blissfully relaxing time; enjoying the pool, outdoor hot tub and a wonderful Reiki treatment. The hotel was super clean and stylish and the staff were really accommodating and friendly. Tenby beaches are close by (by car), and worth a visit. I would definitely recommend and will look forward to visiting again.

We used the excellent spa facilities here and had a wonderful afternoon tea. If you are stopping in Tenby, then book yourself in for some luxury.

Me and my partner stayed here for her 30th birthday for a nice night away in the executive suite. The hotel is absolutely lovely, the whole place was very posh and Modern.

The room was outstanding. Lovely and warm, the heating system was great and it was spotless and clean.

The spa facilities were fantastic, great pool area and sauna and Jacuzzi.

The food and drink in the bar and grill was lovely, one of the nicest meals we've had.
The breakfast was lovely too the following morning.

The staff were very accommodating and we had everything catered for.

We stayed this past weekend for a couple's getaway. The hotel is beautiful, the room really spacious, and everyone who works there is incredibly nice and received us with a smile. It was really easy to book a spot to access the SPA facilities, and we had the pool almost to ourselves. We had dinner one night, and the food was also incredible. The walk to the town centre is about 20 minutes; we both really enjoy walking, so this was very doable. Would absolutely recommend :)

Recently stayed for 3 nights with family. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Heywood. From the first interaction of booking until we checked out all staff were amazing & cared that we had a great stay. Anish the manager was very helpful & friendly and was seen ensuring all areas of the hotel were running/looking great! We booked many treatments for the whole family & we were all impressed with the facials, massages & other treatments. My teen daughters had their first facials & were thrilled with the experience. The spa facilities were lovely & the booking of slots worked well so no over crowding. We ate breakfast at the hotel & everything we had over the 3 days was fresh & of high quality. We had a lunch there & they were very accommodating making us sandwiches as requested. The dinner starters, mains & desserts were all really good. The cocktails were amazing! The service overall in the restaurant & bar was 10/10. The 3 rooms we all stayed in were the family room, executive suite & a double classic they were all clean & comfortable. Free parking is a great bonus. We did not have any complaints with any service provided. We will definitely return to Heywood again!

Heywood spa is such a gorgeous hidden gem. Its walking distance from Tenby so you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere as well as the buzz in town. It’s beautifully designed and decorated, spotlessly clean and very welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and bright. The swimming pool is delightful but requires pre booking at the reception- that way it’s not overcrowded and everyone is comfortable and has lots of space. The restaurant is out of this world- the food and service are amazing. I’m hoping to be back there soon for another break.

Last minute relaxed use of pool, sauna and hot tub. Followed by a light lunch in the restaurant. Very nice experience and will definitely go again.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Heywood Spa. The accommodation was just as you would expect from such a hotel, but for us the staff made our stay special.
Nothing was to much trouble and we were always greeted by a happy smile.
The food was of good quality with a varied menu.
We would have no hesitation in recommending family and friends.

Booked a last minute trip to the spa. They don't usually let non residents in but I'm so happy they did. We had the whole spa to ourselves. The staff were great, the outdoor jacuzzi was awesome.
We enjoyed a lovely meal at the restaurant too.

Probably the best mini break of my life. Everything was basically perfect. The rooms are stunning; large, welcoming, and comfortable, I was genuinely happy just chilling in the room. The beds are massive, mattress just the right firmness and pillows just the right softness. Bathroom is clean and inviting, although i could have benefitted from a shower curtain as the powerful shower drenched the floor despite my best efforts. Toiletries provided are luxury. The leisure facilities are fantastic: darkened indoor area and conservatory area with sunbeds, nice pool, jacuzzi, and excellent outdoor hot tub. The spa itself is actually very well priced, although only one treatment room so booking in advance is imperative. The restaurant is stunning - full review on the brasserie listing itself. Tenby town centre ~20mins walk, with pavement all the way but the first 25 yards outside hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Found this hotel by accident, but such a lovely surprise it was amazing.
The staff, room and food were excellent.
Had a treatment in the Spar, Jackie the therapist was amazing. Would highly recommend her.
Will be returning to the lovely hotel soon.
