Went in to store on Monday morning and within 20 minutes of browsing Tim had me with the bike I wanted. Sadly for me being picky they didn't have the colour/size in stock that I wanted. They were quick on ordering and was ready to collect within 2 days! I chose to ride the bike home and Tim offered to setup a quick suspension guide for me so I was comfortable till I got home and figured out my real pressures. The bike is faultless, I normally do all the jobs on my bikes myself but they've done everything I would've done with proper greases/pastes. I'd recommend Team Cycles to anyone.

Googled a reasonably priced Sram GX replacement gear set, found Team Cycles were competitive on price and had stock, was delivered very quickly, one happy bunny, shall use again 👌

Called into Team Cycles yesterday, looking for advice on a road bike.

Listened to what I said and recommended a bike to suit my needs. No hard sell.
I bought a bike and an assortment of gear to go with it.

Having had no luck sourcing an in stock single derailleur FX3 disk for a decent price anywhere in the South; I found these guys online and what a fantastic service. Called for advice and given really helpful and accurate website info. Purchased the bike and it arrived the next day !! Packing was perfect and the bike was properly set up with everything secured and set as it should be. Took me half an hour to attached bars, pedals, seat and front wheel and it was ready to ride. Amazing service, price and product. Honestly astonished at how good this was as a buying experience. Will 100% use again ...

I browsed the store looking at various bikes for probably close to an hour, immediately a member of staff asked if I needed any help.
I said no and carried on kicking tyres alone deciding which of the bikes I had already researched I should choose.
The staff members left me alone in peace browsing the store, asking me one more time about 20 minutes later if I needed help.
Great not to be hassled and allowed to look around in peace, but knowing the members of staff are on hand if needed.

I bought a new bike, it was a little more expensive than other local shops.
They heavily discounted the bike the day after I bought it bringing it inline with other stores pricing :/ but I guess that's life...

On collection the member of staff doing the hand over appeared knowledgeable and went through all the info, adjusted the suspension sag to match my weight.

The dropper post was handed to me fully slammed in and I should probably have asked for it to be adjusted in the store.
I managed to do it at home after removing the battery tube I was able to pull enough cable to raise the dropper post up to 5 inches higher in the frame.

I called in looking to buy a new bike as a bit of a panic buy having believed mine to be trashed. However after chatting to staff I was informed my bike was a relatively cheap and easy fix. I was advised which website to visit to best find the exact part I needed (a mech hanger) and how to swap it over. A week later and a little DIY I'm mobile again for less than £30. I was recommended Team Cycles and I would definitely recommend Team Cycles, thanks very much 👍

First time customer and I've found my new favourite LBS. Absolutely top class service, staff were all great with plenty of knowledge and experience. A total pleasure to deal with. I drove for 3hrs to collect my new bike (after another bike shop let me down last minute) and it was completely worth it. All set up and good to go on my arrival. Very quick delivery, unfortunately I ordered the wrong item. However, after explaining the problem to Team Cycles they sympathetic and gave me a refund very promptly.. Thank You for the excellent service

Ordered a bike utilising c2w voucher. Through a few brief emails, the bike was ordered, competitively priced and it was with the Courier the following day.

Just received my trek rail 5 front these guys. Had an issue with the delivery company that they use and the person I spoke with was really helpful at team cycles and managed to sort it all out for me. Top customer service 👌

Ordered a trek marlin 8 2022. First off what a great price. Cheapest by far anywhere online. Then the service, my bike wasn't due to be delivered until the 8th of August but a quick (slightly pleading) email asking if I could get it any quicker and 2 days later my bike was here on the 3rd! .bike arrived in excellent condition and gears were well sequenced. Can't fault the customer service and would recommend the guys at team cycle to anyone buying a new bike.

I have to say the customer service I received from Tim and the team at Team Cycles on pickup was fantastic...from the moment I emailed a request a couple of weeks ago and then called up straight after only to find they had already drafted an email... to ordering my Trek Rail 9.7 and right through to getting it ready in a week and picking up on the Saturday from the shop, the service has been one of the best I have experienced from a bike shop, I can’t fault them and what a great bunch of passionate bike loving people. You also have one of the best bike shops I’ve been to.

Thanks guys and just to say I took the rail out for a 20 mile spin on Sunday... wow what an incredible bike! I bought it in the hope it would be as close to being as capable as my other MTB on trail rides, enduro downhill and jumps but without spoiling the ride with so much Yorkshire climbing...

What I wasn’t expecting is for it to be EVEN MORE capable and a better more fun ride than my other bike... so smooth and so planted and confident on the jumps... so much freekin fun... I’m still gob smacked at the performance even from the first ever ride. The Trek rail is not just an E bike it’s a full on awesome mountain bike, regardless.

After an initial bit of confusion, namely down to me.
Team cycles came up trumps. Especially Tim, whom resolved all my issues/ concerns quickly and satisfactorily.

Bike delivered expertly packed and in perfect condition. Only needed to attach pedals and handlebars. Very impressed with customer service who sorted out a delivery issue (which was not any fault of theirs I may add). Well done Team, I wish all suppliers took as much care with after sales service.

Had recently ordered a bike from these guys. The bike arrived safely, opened the box the bike was well wrapped up. The back wheel was fitted and the gears where already set up. Put the front wheel in and it rotatied smoothly with out catching on the pads/ rotor. Once the torque rench was on it everything was as tight as it was meant to be. Good service
