Sherwoods Citroen Gateshead

Having purchased my car from yourselves 10 years ago, I have received excellent service. I recently sold my car back to you, and was more than impressed with how effortless it all was, the money was in my bank the same day. Once again, I could not fault the friendly helpful service from all staff.

First service for this car and first time using Sherwoods of Gateshead. Easy to deal with. Very professional. Kept is informed. Very clear video of car health check.

Great buying experience from start to finish answered all questions and queries. Great communication throughout and great after sales care when I got a puncture and dealing with some paint chips I found on body work nothing to much trouble for them. Excellent experience every time no matter what I’m there about. The staff are friendly and attentive, you always feel very welcome and comfortable. My recent service on my C3 was seamless and, as always, everything was done to a high standard. I can’t fault this place!

From my initial call to book a service and MOT, l received a reminder nearer the appointment. On arrival l was made welcome and offered refreshments. After leaving my car there l went away for a few hours and was contacted in good time to return. In Reception we went through the reports and two small things that needed further attention. I had excellent care for my car and would recommend Sherwoods. Friendly and approachable people, especially Andy L, his consideration of my questions and helpful answers reassured me the car was in very good hands.

Good service, pleasant friendly staff, dealt with Andy Robinson who couldn't have been more helpful, I waited on site for the minor repair to be carried out which was done within an hour, can recommend!

Helped me out big style done what i couldn't have done. Staff were very helpful and explained the whole job with me explained how there's a possibility of needing extra part's once they got into it as the part's were all the same age and possibility of them needing replaced..luckily I didn't need anymore.
