I’m really pleased with the carpet I purchased here and the service I received.
At first I though the shop was a bit small, but I was impressed with the large range of natural fibre carpets in lots of different colours.
I was able to order a carpet I’d seen elsewhere at a price that was cheaper. I got a lot of help and knowledge from the proprietor, who double-checked how long the carpet would take to be delivered with the manufacturer.
The only delay was waiting for the day when he had carpet fitters available, but my carpet was installed within 9 days.
He phoned to let me know my carpet was in stock and to reconfirm my fitting details.
The fitters were cheerful, friendly and efficient.

Phil took the time to make sure I picked the best carpet for our home. It was delivered quickly and on time with the best communication all the way through. Great service all round. Visited the showroom and was given great advice on what would suit our needs. From order to fitting in just over a week. Good quality products and great value. Would definitely recommend.

I'm really happy with the quality of the fitting and the quality of the service. I needed a new carpet desperately in my student accomodation to get my deposit, and Phil was able to get fitters to come in within 4-5 days of first emailing him.

Everything was explained really clearly which was very reassuring. On the day, the fitters were very friendly and professional and completed the job to a really high standard - i would definitely recommend.

Phil and the team were absolutely fantastic with a recent carpet fit (hallway, stairs, landing & three bedrooms).
Communication was fantastic throughout, timely fitting and timely fitting date provided. I was extremely happy with carpet quality and fit - especially seeing as it was a difficult shape to cut to!
Aftercare info was really helpful, also.
Would highly recommend and would be a repeat customer in the future, when needed.
