I lived for about 6 months in one of the house shares in Newcastle, which was managed by NMR agency. House was like new and fully refurbished, and had warm and cozy charm.
House was managed well and professionally by Nathan and this was the house where I spent my best time since living in UK.
Unfortunately, I suffered under bad mental health at that moment and decided to concentrate only on negative stuff and small discrepancies, so I am correcting my former bad reviews by this well deserved 5-star review.

Our experience with NMR lettings has been nothing short of pleasurable. As tenants, we have found NMR to be considerate, helpful and very responsive. We had a problem with the boiler and it was fixed straight away without any delay. Nathan is always very polite and keen to help. We recommend NMR Lettings without reservation. Excellent company, all letting agents should be like NMR but as they are not, these are the best choice!

We contacted NMR because of being messed around by other agents. Nathan found us a few prosective tenants within the first week of asking him. This was our first time renting out a property; Nathan was proffessional, polite and always resonded to our queries quickly. Other agents should look to NMR on how to to business. Needed to find a new tenant for a house I own in Carrville but I am now based in the USA so trying to do this on my own would have been tricky.
Spoke with Nathan over the phone and he went over the entire process making everything easy for me.
Highly recommend Nathan and his team they worked well with all the contractors, got the house in a rentable condition and found a tenant.

My partner and I have been tenants through NMR lettings for nearly two years. When we first moved in all paperwork and deposits were dealt with quickly. The house is fantastic and any routine hiccups have been fixed promptly and efficiently. All individuals that have carried out maintenance or routine boiler/gas checks etc have been friendly and complete the work to a high standard. My neighbours were so impressed with the contractor that did some work in our house, he then did some for them. Inspections and renewals have always been pleasant and timely with considerations made for our working hours. Fantastic, friendly and easy service. Would recommend to renters and owners wishing to let.

Truly impresssive service from start to finish with Nathan and team from NMR - found me a tenant in under three weeks and always paid rent out timeously, as well as keeping up with maintenance.

NRM are fantastic, in every way possible. We switched to them from a different letting agent and we could not be happier.

Rented with NMR after they had taken on my tenancy from another estate agents there were quite a few repairs which needed doing to my house but unfortunatly the other estate agents i had before these would not come and do them. As soon as NMR took on the property the repairs were done pretty much straight away (even including a brand new boiler) due to no fault of theres i had to leave the property but would love to take on another tenancy with them in the future as they kept the house the way it should of been and were really king a easily approachable
