Sean Gartland and team were contracted to do my garage conversion in sept 2021 for my daughter to live in. They didn't show up every day and progress was very slow. In January 2022 they left the job and never came back and have been uncontactable since. When their work was inspected by other tradesmen many problems were found - the most dangerous being the electrics they left live exposed wires in various points - had any of us touched them we would now likely be dead. They tiled the bathroom floor and had fitted the shower, bath and basin and it was found they had not installed any drainage anywhere in the conversion. This has been a terrible experience and shock that I hope others can avoid in the future. The saddest part in my eyes is he was employing three younger people and he is teaching them how to scam customers too.
