Wonderful place only a short distance from the M1 motorway or Mansfield.
The food and service are excellent and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Perfect for special occasions, Birthdays and anniversary celebrations.
Highly recommend the Sunday Lunch.
Will certainly be coming back again soon.
Access for wheelchairs and children are more than welcome.

We had dinner in The Orangery and we were thoroughly impressed.
Food was gorgeous and generously portioned, could not fault the service all the waiters were fantastic and the robot waiters definitely added to the experience we loved them!
Will definitely return and highly recommend dinner in The Orangery!

Lovely clean well presented hotel. Unfortunately, while I was there, there was a local power outage. However, the staff remained friendly and accommodating. Reception staff were wonderful (young man called Luke) and the breakfast was more than adequate.

I stayed in a suite, it was large and comfortable. Beautiful bathroom with bath and lovely walk-in shower.

Cleaning staff were also very helpful and quite cute x

Had a very nice stay here last night, gorgeous and well-presented room with lovely decor and an amazing bath! Can't believe what good value it is with a very nice breakfast included too.

Very friendly service from Liam who checked us in and out. We ate in the restaurant there for tea and had a very nice meal too - kept entertained by the robot waiters 😅

Arrived to a very warm welcome by the reception staff especially Sarah. Are visit was for the Eighty’s disco with meal given to us as a gift. The room was booked through Expedia for a reasonable price of £64 for a standard room. We arrived at our room to find we had been upgraded, the room was very clean and spacious and very minimalistic. The disco and meal was excellent especially the meal. Sarah from the reception later showed us around one of the suites, and we will definitely be booking again very soon.

Very well presented hotel, with delicious food, a good selection of drinks and beautiful rooms. The hotel was particularly busy on the last visit, but this is likely due to the time of year and the Lee Lard (Peter Kay tribute) act that was on that night. The food was nice, and drinks service was quick. The room was quiet and clean, and a good sleep was had!

Fantastic meal. Loved it. Truly great food and really good service. The robots are a bit of a novelty/shock but luckily they keep waiters and waitresses serving the food and the robots are used to just carry the food from the kitchen to the restaurant. I was a bit concerned at first and thought I’d be walking out of the place as personally I would never pay a company that made me serve myself from a robot and didn’t employ humans. Admittedly I did pre-judge and their use of robots is well placed.

Just back from a wonderful family meal of 4. The food was exceptional. We all had different starters, mains and desserts and everyone of us thought the food was amazing.
The staff was polite and welcoming with excellent service throughout.
I will recommend without hesitation to friends and family and will look forward to future visits.

We were staying for one night en route back to London. It was a fantastic haven for respite during a long trip. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely return.

Afternoon tea for my daughter's birthday along with my granddaughter today was delightful as always. Excellent service, meal and staff (especially Jake who was great with my little granddaughter making her laugh a lot) makes for a lovely, warm and welcoming experience. My 3rd time here in a year, and already looking forward to my next visit. Happy customers!

We came here for an event in the garden ballroom so I am not rating on the hotel.
Me and my friends attended their Abba Bottomless Brunch party, and we had a great time. The party was all afternoon with bottomless prosecco for the first 90 minutes. We had greek tapas and a DJ and dance floor for the entire afternoon.
The ballroom was very nice, the tables were set out beautifully, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. They were regularly topping up our prosecco without us having to even ask, even when the glass was still half full. Very much rate the staff and their service.
The food was also very tasty. The value for money was definitely worth it, so much that whilst we were there we booked on for another event in February.

What an amazing experience from start to finish, hotel was lovely, food excellent, staff lovely and one of the nicest beds i have ever slept in. Special thankyou to Jake what a lovely young man. My son proposed to his partner and the chef had done a plate with Wil you Marry Me on it. She said Yes lol. Will definitely recommend to anyone and hopefully will be back soon. 10 out of 10 for everything.

Lovely afternoon tea . Very well looked after by the staff . Room spacious, clean and comfy . Breakfast was self service and had everything on offer . Well cooked and plentiful. Would recommend

Literally just dropped in on the off chance,hadn't booked.Was greeted with a very warm welcome by Tabitha and Jake.Superb service and Superb meal,cannot praise the hotel surroundings enough.We were never rushed just left to enjoy our meal and drinks, highly recommend.

Came to a wedding, all credit to this place. Sherwood Suite was Lovely, staff were all great, food was excellent. This place is not cheap, drinks are very expensive, but the decor and staff need paying for somewhere. Not somewhere I could go regularly, but for a special occasion - excellent!

Food was excellent. Robot service a bit weird and creepy but I suppose its a novelty for some. Waiting staff seemed new and not very attentive or knowledgeable. Wooden floor makes it very noisy aswell.

Had a lovely lunch with friends in The Orangery. The food, service and atmosphere were all excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
