Was looked after by Eleanor whilst after "the perfect pair of trail shoes". She helped me find them - a pair of Saucony Peregrine's, and she couldn't have been more helpful!

She's a credit to your store, and my feet thank her very much for all her help! ⛰👍

Kirsty went above and beyond to assist my husband with a replacement jacket. Organised an option at the sister shop up the road and was very efficient and helpful. Lovely shop, well stocked and set out and all staff cheerful. Excellent shop.

Came into this shop on a bike tour and absolutely soaked to the skin! I chatted about loads of different gear and was really impressed with the enthusiasm and knowledge that the staff shared. So good to see staff who are really into their outdoors and outdoor gear, thanks for all your info - much appreciated!

Nick was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t get the name of his colleague, but he was talkative and pleasant too. I’ll be back 👍🏼

Great shop with inventory that any other hiking/mountain climbing shop should have. Service was great, the shop keeper was very helpful. Prices just above average but the service outweighs the prices. Would advise anyone who needs a mountain climbing gear including camping items to visit this shop.

Love a sale!! Bought myself a nice cream soft pullover and also trousers for walking in to keep me dry. I got them because they were on sale, otherwise I would not pay full price. Friendly staff and good size fitting room. We'll be back .... one day.

Over the moon with the customer service we received today from John.
John was very friendly, patient and helpful. We tried on so many different pairs of boots and trainers in order to get the right ones. His advice and knowledge of the products were first class.
Thank you John for a great shopping experience and for all the advice not trainer or boot related.

Great outlet, great staff!!!!!

Knowledgeable and understanding staff, visited with my son and purchased, a few odds and ends, a new Tallon 22 rucksack suitable for cycling to work, and some accessory ropes for equipment and climbing rope.

Overall a great experience.

Great place for some bargains and returns. Much better for big or small sizes, as medium tend to have a much smaller stock. Gear isn't much reduced though, but there is the occasional bargain to be had.

Remember to go and look upstairs too!

Exceptional spot. Found the staff to be very helpful & as it's an end of season discount branch, managed to get a great bargain on some new boots. Presently there's also a 20% off sale (on top of discount prices).

Great Place. Great Outdoor Gear and incredible Bargains if your gearing up to Hike or even if you like mountain wear. They even have souvenirs and incredible postcards. They even have the maps of all the mountains in North Wales.

Everyone was an expert with friendly professionalism. The place was beautifully presented and laid out. Products were well priced and of great quality. My 'go to' place whenever I'm in Betsie.

Great store to visit, Cotswold gear but at discount prices! Fantastic. Staff were exceptionally friendly, and very knowledgeable too, both about the gear and the local area.

There are some great savings to be had here and service and advice is impeccable but remember a bargain is only a bargain if you need the item wherever you shop.

Great kit and clearance prices. End of line stuff so not everything in every size, but if you want a bargain on top notch outdoor gear it's week worth a visit
