if I could give 0 stars I would. company does not answer their phones, I have called 17 times in the last 2 days. went into the branch near me, they also have been struggling to reach you for days. your customer service is useless if not non existent. I have sent so many emails. I will never ever ever use this company again. orders go missing and end up at wrong addresses, courier companies do not reach out with regards to delivery dates, so you are expected to wait around for 3-5 business days and hope and pray the item arrives as naturally there is no tracking number. automated email says call us within 48 hours if you have an issue, however have not answered this entire week! shockingly bad company. would not recommend. go in branch and just get what you need, this online section of the company should be closed down they are so useless. do better, National Plastics.

I wanted soffit boards, no big rush, was told at the counter that they had a driver for that week but he was fully booked, he didn't know if they would have anyone to deliver the following week. What a waste of time! When asked about the 5 working day delivery on the internet I was told that they didn't deal with that and it wouldn't come from their store. Went down the road to The PVC store and had a delivery the following morning and at a cheaper price.

Very hard to rate this shop as Poor advice & haven't got whatever you
ask for not very helpful.
