The Beauty Box Pangbourne is a place of warmth, friendship & beauty, the latter range of services delivered in an exceptionally clean, pretty, professional and welcoming environment. Having been a regular client for many years (probably around 9 years), my continued trips to BB on average every 3 weeks should speak for themselves. Annie, Vee, Ashleigh, Gabby & the rest of the team are a joy to encounter & I come away each time feeling truly pampered, with nails that are often admired by those I meet. Bravo Beauty Box!!

I visit the Beauty Box in Pangbourne because Ashleigh is an excellent therapist - my treatments are always wonderful. The salon itself is clean and comfortable and I love the quirky touches in the decor. All the staff are friendly and helpful - it really is a refreshing change to visit a salon that actually makes you amazing rather than regular treatments feeling like a chore.

I cannot recommend Annie and her team at the BeautyBox highly enough- Ashleigh , Victoria and Tetania are all brilliant technicians . I have been a customer now for the last 6 months and I can honestly say the gel manicure and pedicures I have had have been the best I have experienced - they have lasted much longer than others I have had from other salons in the past! Also super pleased with my eyebrow lash and tint by Ashleigh. Again it lasted ages. Superb customer service from everyone too, thank you all very much 😊

Got my ears pierced at the Beauty Box and I plan to go back for other treatments. The staff are lovely and explained everything clearly and the premises was clean with an air of calm. Would recommend

I called yesterday about getting my daughters ear pierced. We hadn't been to Beauty Box before. The lady I spoke to, the owner was incredibly helpful.I was able to take my daughter in that afternoon. The price was a bit more than other places but hoped that meant a better choice of earrings and that was definitely the case. Such a lovely selection of earrings. We were then looked after by Ashley a perfectionist on making sure the piercings were even. She was extremely professional and asked how Isabella would like to get them pierced and gave her the choices. Extremely clean, and less painful as mentioned by the owners as they use Inverness. I wouldn't hesitate to return and recommend and will certainly head back myself for a treatment/s as it was a very pretty, professional and friendly. Thank you so much

I have been going to the beauty box for several months and it’s just great. The whole team are so warm and welcoming. Great atmosphere and lovely surroundings. Ashley looks after me!! and my nails beautifully! My Companion in Life and I have been have a tough time with illness and a flooded lounge! After talking about it to Annie, she insisted on setting up the most wonderful facial and an hours relaxation for us both -no charge - with a glass or two of bubbles. She just wanted to make us feel better. If you want to feel cared for and nurtured and get an excellent treatment this is the place to go, it gets 10 stars from us ..

From the moment you step in the aroma makes you smile. The girls are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Ash and V are fabulous at nails, waxing and eyelash lift and tinting. Cannot wait to try something else.

What a lovely therapist highly skilled and very professional. The best waxing I have ever had ! Excellent and the salon smelt amazing. Thank you very much.

I first used Beauty Box when I was pregnant with my second daughter, who is now 12. But since Annie has taken over, I feel like I’m coming to meet up with friends every time I come for a treatment. I am always welcomed, offered a drink, we chat and I come away feeling so wonderful. Annie really does have the best team working with her, I regularly have Vitoria do my nails, but no matter who you get, the quality is always outstanding. They care about you; they remember details from previous visits and ask how things are going. This is more than just a business for them, they really do want to make your life better. Annie is constantly finding out what’s new out there and what can benefit her clients. She takes such care of her staff, investing in their skills and broadening their knowledge and they are genuinely happy to come to work; the atmosphere reflects this. Annie has also been so amazing at helping me change appointments when emergencies have happened, she goes out of her way to make sure she can help. Can’t recommend this place enough.
