Store is much neat and tidier compared to my past visits to this store and the staff are also much friendlier and helpful than in the past.
They approach you almost as soon as you walk in to certain section of the store, especially the footwear; where staff asked if I need help before I had to chase someone, which is what I had to do in the past.
The store is much smaller than the Bracknell one, but has wide variety of shoes, clothing and other accessories. I'd highly recommend this store for sports wear and also for casual clothing as well.

Huge collection of sports goods, clothing, shoes. You wont get the sports goods for these prices any other store in uk.

Excellent experience - got exactly what we wanted without fuss. Plenty of hand gel on offer. Trying shoes on is well managed. No queue at the till. Good value for what I bought. Couldn't have asked for more - happy days

Went to the shop in theale reading Berkshire as I bought a pair of boots in June and one eyelet broke today while putting them on . Didn't have paper receipt but had proof of purchase on my bank app and they exchanged them no problems
