The Zen Den Beauty

My two children and I had a lovely relaxing Mummy and me pamper session at the zen den in half term. Teresa was lovely and patient with all the questions from my girls! Beautiful atmosphere and I’d highly recommend.

Visited today to experience the ‘Kids Pamper Package’ for my daughter’s 9th birthday.

It was truly amazing and everything my sassy 9 year old could have asked for, we arrived & the girls were given robes and towels and some snacks and juice..

To choose from a facial , manicure or pedicure was simply perfect for them. 9 years old & having their first facial; they were in awe.

Teresa gave the girls some education on looking after their face, cleansing and cleaning it properly.

While her first friend had her facial , the other two girls got to dip in the hot tub, taking it in turns for their treatment.

Provided with a speaker to play some tunes while they enjoyed the bubbles..

Finished off with a cute little gift bag!

Absolutely amazing. The staff were all so lovely and the place was just beautiful. We honestly had the best day! We went for my sister’s hen do and it was worth every second! We definitely plan to go back again in the future! Thank you so so much!

I saw the pamper afternoon advertised and booked my Mam and I in for her birthday. We had a beautiful massage each with Gemma and Crystal; its was 30mins of bliss but felt so good after it too. We then had over an hour in the hot tub where we were brought prosecco and nibbles. It was so personal and spoiling. There was no rush or pressure . Everything from the soft robes to the salted hand soap and bath salts on leaving was perfect. A perfect afternoon and incredible value. Such an impressive set up and team . Would highly recommend.

I’m obsessed with the zen den! Had many treatments, my favorite is the zen den cleanse facial.I left feeling refreshed and pampered, and I am looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking some self care treatments.

Had my Alumier pigmentation facial with Teresa and it was lush! Was very zen and relaxing indeed, would definitely be coming back for more facials. My treatment also came with an Alumier post treatment kit - thank you again x

What a special little place-I am so grateful to have found it. I had such a divine, relaxing massage and facial with Crystal. The massage was just what I needed and my skin still feels amazing a week later. Would definitely recommend!

Brilliant little gem of a place. I've done the pampers (a lovely Christmas gift for a friend), had my nails, had massages, eyebrows tinted. Would recommend for all these. So relaxing I almost fell asleep upright having my nails done!

Hayley and her lovely team, Gemma, Teresa and Crystal have created a true sanctuary in suburbia, a calm, relaxing oasis where you'd least expect it.

Since then, i've had skincare, a manicure, massage, waxing and pamper parties here and have never left disappointed.

Hayley has given me wonderful skincare advice, no obligation, just balanced, expert advice on skin care and how to take care of my late-30's skin. I chose to use the products she recommended and my skin has never looked glowier - i will stress, there is no hard sell here, just excellent advice and guidance from a place of knowledge and genuine passion for making people feel good.

I've had several blissful massages accompanied by the sounds of either the bubbling hot tub outside or the babbling water feature - a blissful experience that leaves you wanting to hibernate in the den for the rest of the day!

The pamper parties are perfect for a break away with friends or family with prosecco and snacks on hand and a nice choice of treatments to relax you.

Today i tried their new hot stone massage. Gemma did a beautiful job, the hot stones and just the right pressure eased my bad back and put me in a state of sheer relaxation, I was on my way to falling asleep.

The most beautiful little gem of a place. Ive just had the most amazing time at Zen den! Teresa was just so lovely. She made me feel comfortable from the get go and gave some great advice.

We visited The Zen Den for a pamper party, having use of the hot tub & a treatment each. The spa area is absolutely beautiful, so tranquil, private and well thought out. Hayley was so welcoming, knowledgeable and explained the experience to us. My massage was absolutely lovely, so relaxing. Hayley really understood what each of us wanted from our treatment. The room was peaceful, extremely clean, smelt lovely, a real calming space. I would highly recommend Hayley & The Zen Den. The pamper party is perfect for friends to sit, relax and enjoy some time away. Perfect evening. Thank you so much.

I recently had my first treatment at the Zen Den and it was wonderful. So relaxing and my beauty therapist was so friendly and talked me through it as I had not had the treatment before. I was really happy with the results of my treatment and will definitely be booking more treatments at the Zen Den again.

I won a competition to have a Chemical Peel at The Zen Den with Hayley, and wasn’t sure what to expect. The whole experience from arrival to leaving was fabulous! Hayley has created a lovely haven to run her business from and made me feel very welcome and at ease. She explained exactly what the process for the skin peel would be and talked me through each step as she was doing it. This morning my skin feels and looks great and I’m excited to see the end result in a few days. I would highly recommend The Zen Den and Hayley and will definitely be visiting again soon!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Every time I’ve been there I have left feeling great. The staff there are professional, friendly and just the loveliest people. I recommend this place to everyone. A true gem in Tilehurst!

As a new customer I received the loveliest welcome and was blown away by the overall experience! Hayley is not only a fantastic therapist (my waxing treatment was fab… so quick and easy!!) But the added factors of Hayley being so friendly and the setting being so lovely makes it a stand out beauty place… Communication and responses were super quick plus The setting, the treatment and staff are utterly gorgeous! I would thoroughly recommend !!

Had the most wonderful couples pamper session at The Zen Den today. A lovely escape from our busy lives and loved sitting in the hot tub after our treatments and just relaxing. It’s a little piece of paradise tucked away in Tilehurst!

Christmas treat today, a Luxury Facial (which included a neck, shoulders, arms and fingers massage) expertly done by Gemma.
Sooooo relaxing, my face definitely needed this treatment, and my skin is actually glowing and feeling refreshed!
Totally recommend and I will be back for more in 2024!!
