Enjoyed Shopping here has everything for my bedroom and bathroom.
Lovely items that makes my house look fabulous.
Staff are lovely just could do more with staff on tills and around the shop.
It feels like Morrisons did once where they cut staff down and the customers suffer.
Come on Dunelm your making loads of money employ more staff.
Those that you have some which have been there for some years know there job which I love being served by them please can they be given some thought of like a gift card or some gifts as they deserve it.

Shop is in need of a revamp but as it's not important to Dunelm then it suffers

Good shop with good brands quality of products is certainly better than the IKEA tat across the road, but obviously IKEA has a much Greater range as this Dunelm is fairly small, it does also have a fantastic little cafe with a good range of tea, coffee and snack bites

Excellent, we found the exact rug we wanted, a very helpful member of staff did his utmost by showing us many rugs until the right one was found.

Dunelm is off Bath Road here in Reading. Went in looking for fairy lights. They had the big packs but they're quite pricey from finding the smaller. What was better for me.

Today I visited the Reading Dunelm store to purchase new curtains. I was assisted by Louise who was the most helpful and pleasant person you could wish to meet. Nothing was too much trouble and her knowledge and experience was a huge help to me.
If there is an employee of the month Louise definitely gets my vote. Great service.

Wanted square pasta bowls to match bowls bought years ago. Picked up 3 at £5 each. Thought they were a bit expensive but wanted match.

I bought all the stuffs for my new home right from bed, mattress, lights, blinds, home decor and dinnerware etc. ONLINE. I wasnt sure at first as i wasnt able to check the quality before purchase and sometime what you see online is entirely different from what you receive. But I'm definitely impressed with everything so far. Their returns policy and click and collect is also simple and hassle free.

Had a great experience today with Linda helping me find what I needed. She went above and beyond finding items that were not on the shelves for me.

Always love dunelm. We got out curtains, wall hangers from there. Lovely little stuff at affordable prices. Both for home and garden. Also love the photo frames and wallclocks here. Best for rugs/sheets/towels and wall hangings. Their bath towels are amazing too. We also live their cushions and pillows.

We recently got a bean bag for a bargain price when it was on sale. Fab place for all ur home needs

I ordered some made to measure curtains, and not having done this before, I listed the help of Louise who took me through the process. She then called me a few weeks later to say they were in (on the day she estimated) and ready to be collected. I love them, they are very well made and hang beautifully. I would definitely recommend this store as the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic experience on 16/03, our first time using the cafe. We were very impressed by the great customer service of the lady with red/orange hair. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations of what retailer cafe food should be!
We will definitely come back when next making a trip to Dunelm. I hope this lady receives some recognition for her hard work!

Great selection of products. Staff friendly and helpful. Always enjoy a shopping trip here, though my bank account would argue with that statement.

Lovely shop, you can get everything there, and good prices too, the coffee shop was was perfect end to shopping trip, had a lovely latte made by a friendly helpful young lady called Georgia. Will definitely go back.

Excellent range of goods and clean and clutter free. However the main reason for the 5 stars is for Luigi (greeter) and Emma (Checkout colleague) who were beyond great today and so helpful as I had to collect goods with my toddler with me today - would give more stars if possible for their phenomenal customer service!

Found what I needed. Staff was very helpful enquiring about curtains. It’s quite quicker to arrive then expected and prices are good as well. Very satisfied

For me a great shopping experience and I am not keen on shopping ! A great range of quality household items. Good quality and well priced. Helpful staff, in particular Krush who went out of her way to find products, check pricing and altogether be very supportive.
For me overall Dunelm is my choice for my household purchases.

I have to stay focussed in the shop otherwise other products make their way in to my trolley!! Really great selection of home furnishings. I used the click & collect service and it was brilliant.

One of the largest of Dunelm's I have visited. Easy to get lost in the world of home decor in this place. Late opening times also handy
