Startin Kia Warwick

Had an issue with my EV9 and my “local” dealers could not even inspect for months. I phoned Startin Warwick and they were amazing at fitting my car in within 1 week. Now they have undertaken the warranty repair and all staff on my 2 visits have been exemplary. For me I am prepared to travel the extra distance and use Startin in future

I had a test drive of a used Kia. The whole experience was professional and courteous. Gary took my phone call and liaised at every stage. He was a joy to deal with and really went the extra mile. He made me feel very comfortable at every stage and was honest and informative without being pushy.
Unfortunately I didn’t buy the car in the end as we couldn’t agree an acceptable price. But I’d happily recommend Kia Warwick, and Gary in particular.

Turned up without an appointment and we were immediately welcomed by Gary, super knowledgeable about the EV6 that we came to look at and arranged a test drive immediately which was so helpful. Really friendly approach and clearly wants to help you buy a car rather than be pushy to sell one. When we got back from the test drive we received the same level of service from other members of the team as well. We have made the decision to go with a different car but cannot fault the service we received and will definitely return when it's time to change the other car. Great work Gary!

Fantastic service from Jon when purchasing my daughter’s first car - they went over and above. Whole process ran smoothly from test drive to pick up. Highly recommend them and hopefully my daughter will be delighted when she wakes up and finds a car on the drive for her!

We arrived at the dealership unannounced three months ago, on a miserable November afternoon. The sales staff were immediately helpful. We investigated Kia because my brother-in-law has been pleased with his second-hand Niro, which had been an emergency purchase. We kept an eye on the Startin website for something suitable and in our budget. A fortnight ago we were back to check out some options. Again, we found everyone helpful and obliging. The quality of the dealership was important in our decision to go ahead.

We met Matt at Kia Warwick and he was polite & professional throughout. The whole process was made easy and straightforward and we were kept up to date on progress at all times.

We first went to Kia Warwick to have a look around and get a test drive on a EV6. We met Colin from sales who was very professional and arranged this for myself and my wife.
We enjoyed the test drive and proceeded to buy a brand new EV6 Gt Line. Colin talked us through all the options with other team members. He was really good and soon the sale was complete.
I have to say the whole experience was great he was very thorough throughout and one of the best dealers we have been to.

Just collected my approved used Kia Proceed today and really pleased. Many thanks for the excellent service from Gary Holtom who facilitated 2x test drives at really short notice, was very informative and helpful and this all led to my being really satisfied with my purchase. I've had great service from everyone at Startin. Dan, Joe and Zack on the service desk have been fantastic each time I've been in - they'll always go the extra mile and are very accommodating. Matt in sales was great when he sold me my car a few years ago and has been very helpful in showing me the current stock and working out prices etc. Hopefully I'll be seeing him again in a few months for a new one!
