Hilton Warwick / Stratford-upon-Avon

Fabulous in every way. The staff are perfectly trained and so very attentive to even the smallest detail. Access is so easy just off the M-42. Very comfortable and quiet room.
Dinner was fantastic but the breakfast buffet was simply the best and biggest I have ever seen. All the food at breakfast (and I ate some of many things) was 10 out of 10. The coffee was perfect, eggs just right, and on and on I could go. A three hour drive to get there from home, so I will certain stop there next time I'm anywhere even close!

After booking last minute we were not found immediately on the system. We were given a free drink voucher whilst we waited for them to speak with the last minute team. Within ten minutes the gentleman from reception came with our room key and explained there had been a mix up. Due to the delay we had a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast. The gentleman behind reception was so very helpful and we did not expect such lovely gestures after a slight worry the booking may have been wrong. The hotel in general was lovely and our room was very nice. All staff we encountered were professional and very polite. I would highly recommend.

Have stayed here many times, the most recently last week. All safety precautions were taken and we felt quite safe during our stay. The rooms were more limited but very clean. The menu was also limited. Breakfast very good.

Very nice hotel in general. There are plenty of car parking places, although there is a £5 charge which I wasn't aware of (as was booked for by company). Easy check in and rooms are pleasant. Double bedroom was good enough for what it was needed for, but perhaps not as large a room as would be expected in a more modern hotel. Nice breakfast with plenty of options available, either continental or full.

Nice hotel just outside the town. It's in a quiet area and has plenty of facilities like meeting and conference rooms. There's quite a large gym and I reckon you might jog around in the neighborhood.
Breakfast is okay. The room are distributed on max two floors. I stayed on a "club" one and it was comfortable but rather dimly lit... not a big problem for me.
Service and reception are kind and professional. Do not hesitate to ask if you have troubles and questions... they will scramble to help you - at least this what I experienced.
Price is ok, but expect to shell five GBP per day for parking.

I had supper on the night of my stay here, and I'm glad I did. The food was great as was the hotel itself. It is set out in a nice little corner from a roundabout, its rooms nice, neat, and cosy, and the lobby, bar and restaurant so pleasantly spacious. And the staff, from check in desk to the bar, were super friendly.

WiFi available, we had excellent large coffees and bar meals for lunch - recommend the Club Sandwich, Korean Chicken with sweet potato fries, and the delicious Chicken & Leek pie....... friendly helpful staff too !! Successful business meeting so all happy thanks !

Stayed here as part of a manager's meeting & training day. Rooms were spacious & comfortable. I have certain dietary requirements as a Vegan & Carl in the kitchens was amazing rustled up a very satisfying curry. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

A great stop just off the motorway. I really felt special.

The only downside was the phone couldn't seem to ring out to get room service so I had to use my mobile. But because they had an electric point for my car (oddly not many Hilton's have these) I'm letting the phone thing slide... Plus everything else about my stay was amazing.

I got a great sleep.
If I'm going by that way again and need a stop for the night I would for sure love to stay again.

Dull looking on the outside as a generic hotel. Once inside much better aesthetically. The staff were excellent, very friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast. Great value

Such a great location and perfect for our Wedding Reception. The staff really made this so special for us. Specially Jade, Natalia and Przemek was really helpful and very friendly!Great venue, facilities and such attentive staff. The restaurants were lovely and the quality of their service and food was very high. Had a magical stay. My husband and I will be back to celebrate anniversaries in the future. Very clean and nice apartment- good job to housekeeping department!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, rooms are of Hilton quality. Lounge is nice with a real fireplace. Bar is too pricey though at £14 a glass of red wine. Overall, really good.

Visited for a business meeting. Have also stayed before as a guest on a business trip and found the facilities to be of an extremely high standard. This visit was no different. The boardroom was spacious and well lit. I would recommend this hotel for both its accommodation and it's conferencing facilities.

Went for a Afternoon tea which was part of a Gift card /Warwick Castle -Afternoon Tea present. The tea was excellent Lots of sandwiches and cakes, with tea and coffee.The hospitality from the staff was first class & we even didnt have to pay the £3 parking fee! Fantastic Day out ,would highly recommend it!

Easily accessible by car. Fantastic service by staff. Room was clean. Really good breakfast selection available. Would recommend and would stay again.

Lovely room. Massive telly. Excellent hot powerful shower. Comfy bed. Wi-Fi reception was quite slow in the room but that's not essential. Would recommend.

Great place to stay. Lovely breakfast with a lot of choice. There's even a waffle maker available at breakfast. Beds are very comfortable. Great value for money.

Great hotel. Breakfasts amazing. Location v close to motorway however once inside hotel doesn't distract from enjoying stay. Charge point here

An outstanding venue for everyone who wants to have a chilling comfortable stay ...for us Rotarian of Warwick, we organise our weekly lunch and diners and we just LOVE the venue ...ever so convenient for our different meetings . Absolutely fantastic staff , service and prices are really good too.

We stayed as a family for a wedding at Warwick Castle and had impeccable service from Hilton, exactly as we have come to expect. Close to the town and Castle, easy driving distance from major Midland attractions, comfortable rooms and a first-class breakfast!
