Had a lovely Valentines meal here. Food was excellent and all the staff were friendly. Special mention to Richard who made our night extra special.

Very good every time I've been

Once I did order a burger but it was burnt. However when it was warm it was semi masking that it was burnt and tasted pretty good. Once it had cooled and I had already eaten most of it, it became quite obvious it was burnt. (Literally was about a third of a burger left and no fries)

No questions asked even tho I had already eaten most of the meal it was replaced by the manager. Surprised they didn't think I was trying to swindle them.

When the new burger came it was 10/10 and I don't say that easily...

Very good service and management

Had Sunday lunch here (3rd March). Food was unbelievable. Probably best Sunday Roast I’ve had in a restaurant for a long time. Service was excellent

Had a Sunday lunch, burger and fish fingers, both were well presented, and delicious. They have put an extra effort on the food such as the Cajun fries, the spices were equally coated and not just randomly sprinkled on. The burger patty was juicy and crispy on the edges. The service was highly exceptional, very friendly and polite. If I had to be particularly picky, perhaps adding a small side of coleslaw with burger would be ideal. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Great place for a 50 year old's birthday in the big room upstairs. Excellent food served thanks!

Stopped in for a burger after paddle boarding nearby, free car parking and plenty of tables.
The team were great and we didn’t have to wait long for our food.
Nice toilets too!

Massively better than expected pub lunch. We pulled in as we saw the tables by the canal and it looked good. Large, secure car park well off the road. Great staff all round. We only ordered a few starters, the chilli nachos were exceptional, as good as I've had, salt and pepper squid good, firm and flavoursome, wings good.
We'll be back.

Lovely canal side setting, just far enough away from a main road, good quality build and interior.
Good pint of Wye Valley HPA.
The roast beef Sunday dinner(£20) was very good quality but would have benefitted from a little more vegetables.
The young man, and the young lady who appeared to be the manager, behind the bar made this a five star experience instead of four.
The very friendly clientele also need a special mention.
We would certainly recommend and return.

Food was amazing! Reasonably priced considering the current climate and no presumptuous inclusive gratuities. Highly recommended.

We were slightly worried that we got a last minute booking on a Sunday lunch, but after 20m the place got busy and the food was excellent. We were a party of 6 and everyone enjoyed their meal

Wonderful food and great service. A bit noisy but can't avoid that when, obviously, everyone else is enjoying their time too.

Really enjoyed the burger there. The roast was so so. The meat could have been better. But the burger was the highest class.

Lovely place right on the canal you can eat or drink outside and watch boats go past its nice! Food was lovely a little pricey for me to eat here all the time but it was a birthday treat luckily and I really enjoyed it! Staff were lovely and the gentlemeb who served our food was polite too also accommodated to my mothers gluten free request. If you have not visited its worth a visit!
