Our babies really enjoyed it, they were enjoyed and stimulated but not over stimulated as the sensory items have been so well selected. It's a very peaceful space to be in and the Mum's I was with also found it very enjoyable too. I definitely recommend this to anyone.

I recently purchased a car seat, and the service I received was outstanding. Anna, a lovely lady, went above and beyond in helping me choose the right seat and then took the time to ensure it was perfectly fitted in my car. Her expertise and patience made the entire process seamless. I feel confident knowing my child is secure in a car seat that has been expertly installed. Kudos to the fantastic team for exceptional service! Highly recommend! So impressed!!

Anna and the team are friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. We have had support with car seats, baby wearing and it’s our number one choice for feet measuring and gorgeous comfortable shoes.

We went to the sensory room with some friends and it was absolutely lovely!!
The set up is fantastic and really comfortable. It feels very welcoming and it gives parents of young children the opportunity to unwind in a calm and relaxed environment.

We had a lovely experience purchasing our car seat from Naturally baby / Car Seat Safety Centre. We booked a drive in consultation online, it was brilliant. We were able to check the fit in the car with all the car seats we were interested in and whittled it down to the one we wanted to purchase. Then had it fitted safely in the car and also made sure we had a safe fit for our 11 month old daughter! We definitely recommend and would go back if needed.

Lovely ladies! I can’t thank them enough for this afternoon especially as we weren’t booked in. My little girl is 3 years old and autistic, we needed a car seat that would last and they fixed us up with the Be Safe Stretch and my girl fits lovely in it! I didn’t take the name of the lady who help us but she took into consideration that our girl was autistic and let her play in the sensory room with her dad while they waited for the car seat to be installed. So grateful for your hospitality and kindness it’s really appreciated. Thank you!

We visited the baby sensory room this weekend, it’s a great location for something to entertain your baby. Very stimulating in a calm environment, lots of different things to do and a great open space to grab a drink and chill

Second car seat purchase as daughter grows. Soooo many choices out there it was overwhelming so a massive help to have a trusted place where they narrow down and do the legwork only stocking the best and most safe options. We went with the new JOIE XL spin to fit her to 12yrs. Really happy with the JOIE brand and the service and help at the shop. Also great value with a sale on. Thanks so much!

Lovely experience in the sensory room, plenty of space for babies to move about lots of different activities and items for them to explore. I hadn’t realised until I got there that the sensory room is only for pre-walkers, as the image on the website when you book shows much older children in the sensory room. Mine is only just walking so the ladies said it was okay 😊

We're over in Coventry but have been coming to Naturally baby since we were pregnant with our now 4 year old, for both her and her baby brother. We've had cloth nappies, carriers, car seats, shoes and obviously the obligatory toy every time we come in! The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and we are very confident in the abuse they give, especially when it comes to car seat safety.

The staff were super friendly. One of the ladies was an ex midwife and kindly helped me fit my car seat in properly with lots of helpful advice.

Totally impressed by the knowledge and expertise of Anna and her colleagues. We had a tricky situation trying to fit two booster seats and one baby seat into our car for our daughter and her family visiting from Australia. Anna advised on best equipment and then went above and beyond to fit seats to ,meet the needs and expectations of our daughter. We are totally satisfied by the service we received and recommend unreservedly. You know you are in safe hands!!

Shoe shopping with our 2-year old was becoming a serious issue. Melt downs and tantrums in shoes shops had let to us having just one pair (of very dirty) shoes as we couldn’t get her measured or near a new pair.

But here it took 15 minutes and all of it was spent in the incredible sensory room.

We had a car seat fitting appointment on Saturday and WOW, what a great experience! Anna is extremely knowledgeable and helped us to decide which car seat was right for our child, car and budget. Whilst she and my husband sorted out car seats, my 15 month old enjoyed the sensory room and tried on shoes - such a relaxed way to shop with a toddler! Nothing was too much trouble and the staff all obviously like children. Highly recommended!

We travelled about an hour to come for a car seat fitting and weren't disappointed. Fantastic and very personal service from Anna, the owner. Her knowledge and attention to detail to make sure the car seat she recommended was perfect for us was something you don't see in many shops today. We were allowed to take our time, offered a cup of tea whilst we did the fitting and there was a lovely comfortable space to breastfeed my daughter. She fitted the car seat we chose to buy into our car for us before we left and ensured we were completely comfortable strapping our daughter in. I honestly don't feel like we could have made such an informed choice if we hadn't have had her help and it certainly saved a lot of time and stress! Anna's shop is stocked with some lovely products all carefully chosen for their quality and ethical/sustainable production and qualities... I wanted it all! Anna went above and beyond during our visit and even let us borrow one of the carriers to test whilst we left our car at the shop and walked around town for a while. We'll be back - thank you so much!!
