Popped in last week as we usually do on a visit to Morpeth. Bought boots from the shoe department. Service excellent and I stocked item was ordered and delivered to my home address at no extra charge. Lovely shop, and nice to see a department store still

Good for gifts, clothes, higher end merchandise. Pricey but good.

Went for lunch and a bit of shopping, all very good. Service was good and the soup and sandwich I had was very good. Soup was hot which always helps

Popped into Rutherford's today Friday 7/12/18 but was delayed by their lovely window display 😍. A beautiful Nativity scene plus the other windows beautifully and tastefully decorated. More appealing to me than another department store on Northumberland Street, Newcastle upon Tyne (also at New Bond Street, London) 😂

Old time beautiful, amazing place well worth a visit,not good for small children though as quite cramped.

One of the longest surviving department stores in morpeth. It offers a range of quality goods from homewares to clothing. All very well presented but certainly not the cheapest.

The ladies in the shoe department were a treat to meet I love my boots and they were so helpful & friendly.

Really good service and friendly staff definitely recommend value for money I would recommend the bacon sandwich 😀

Don't see many of these small department stores nowadays unfortunately so popped into their cafe for a light lunch. Nice food, helpful service and good service.

I had jacket potatoes with cheese, salad and coleslaw. Food was very good. Friendly staff. Very clean . Reasonably priced. Lovely shopping centre, with good quality clothes and shoes.

Nice Cafe upstairs, very popular with locals of a certain vintage lovely cooked breakfast reasonably priced recommend
