Morrisons

I've converted from being a Blyth Asda woman to a Morpeth Morrisons woman. Firstly the store is nice and clean, it's well stocked and has all of the things on my regular shopping list. The vegetarian chilled and frozen ranges are great with plenty of choice. It's light and airy - having natural daylight in the store makes do much difference and there is a much more chilled vibe amongst the shoppers than in Asda. I feel much happier and calmer when I return from the weekly shop now.

It's the staff who really make the difference though. This morning they opened a new checkout just for me and when asking staff about the location of specific items in store they have all been really helpful. Also on three different weeks, the checkout people have started packing my bags (after asking me) to help speed things up while I was still loading the conveyor belt which is really useful when you're on your own doing a weekly shop.

Also this morning it was good to get petrol, have a car wash and do the shopping all in one time-saving go.

Just wanted to leave a review to show appreciation.

Just been for breakfast at Cafe in Morpeth the breakfast was great. Jackie was especially helpful and nice, im a wheelchair user with bad hands and she came to help without being asked and she deserves a mention.

Friendly staff and the usual selection of quality fare, made for a good stop.

Enjoyed shopping at Morrisons will go back again sometime.

Morrison's is a very good place to shop, staff are very helpful and l enjoy doing my shopping there. Today was very busy, queues at all the check-outs could have done with more tills available.

The freshly cooked food is perfect. Great customer service and always willing to help. Only bad thing is how their salad bar is on a restricted service. Hoping now that we're about to come out of lock down, Morrisons will start offering it again.

Was very good at one time but after what happened this morning will be going to lidl or aldi next week have said before if i was forced to use self scan i had a full trolley of shopping it took the woman staff member 25 mins to put my shopping through can you image how long it would have took me i go their to shop not work

Good grocery store. Have a resteraunt which sells a range of hot and cold food. We had a full breakfast and a bacon roll. The food was really nice, however i had a latte and can say the machine needs to be hotter as the latte was only just warm.

The staff are fantastic and working hard to deal with all the overshoping. Great at passing on info regarding the refit from Sunday close of business. Also very reassuring that there are deliveries every day and helping less able customers. Perhaps they need some help with their own shopping as when they leave the shelves have been empty

For a garage it has so much to offer in terms of edible products, save yourself the trip round to the supermarket and just do your shopping there. Also it has 2 types of car washes and the staff have been very helpful and friendly to me.

Always a decent range of fresh fruit and veg, at reasonable prices too.
If you visit late on in the evening, as I do, there are always lots of bargains to be had.
The staff at the store are excellent, very customer focused and eager to help and I am always impressed by this. Thank you.

Went in on shift to help with stocking, on loan from elsewhere. As with other stores all the staff were lovely, had great crack with David while restocking

Just a nice size supermarket. Sells everything you need. Prices very good , also really good offers. Butchers really good. Staff nice. Food and drink facilities. The cafe does really nice breakfasts at reasonable prices.

Good store but spoilt by local kids being a nuisance in the car park.

We like Morrison's and access is easy with plenty of parking. There is also a filling station but prices are higher here than at their stations in Newcastle. Busy on a revisit but lots of offers so we feel we got good value in the supermarket.

We went there on a Sunday afternoon and they still had a good selection of meats and fresh foods.
