I very quickly spotted the one I liked, and the team made sure that they will take care of the little issues it had before delivery. Simon and the owner were very polite and we signed the contract the same day. I am very happy with the deal made and I absolutely love my new car! Excellent service. However, confusion arose when it came to take my car in part exchange, one individual said, “Yes”, the next day, the answer was “No”. This gives a bad impression. Apart from that, a clear concise explanation of everything, and I am in possession of a car that I am more than happy with.

We have had a great experience dealing with Martin this weekend. He welcomed us then allowed us plenty of time by ourselves to look around the car we were interested in. He wasn’t pushy at all. Even after test driving the car, he waited patiently for us to go to him once we had returned. We are thrilled with our new car, and even more so that we were able to drive it away the same day as we had traveled to view it. We would highly recommend this garage to anyone.

Had a fantastic experience checking out a Mitsubishi Outlander for my dad. Impressed by their effective communication through phone, text, and email to arrange the viewing. King Malcolm, our guide, was a true professional—answering all our questions and demonstrating excellent customer service. During the viewing, he noticed a touch screen issue, which I initially overlooked, but post-finalizing the deal, he personally called to inform us about the problem. Not only did he order a new touch screen, but he also assured it would be fixed before we picked up the car. Their honesty and professionalism made the entire process enjoyable.
