I can't e plane how I fell about this lot bar 1 person that seems to get things dune I won't deal with them again it takes 1 to 10 days to get a refund it takes seconds to press a button and this is only the tip of the ice burrg

Dont buy a car from this franchise, absolute shambles , pay for a car neally 2 year ago and then go and collect it to find the price has increased by 5k and they reduce your cars value by half.they said tuff take it or leave it we dont need to sell it you, despite there being no customers in sight anytime i ve been there.
And looking at the rest of the review here, i should have done my homework on them. Headoffice dont answer the phone for reasons in these reviews
And more to the point, dont buy a vw as vw uk seems to have been taken over by non native speaker's.

Terrible customer service, dont follow Ombudsman decisions, delay the process, cause financial loss. Sold a damaged car, damaged further during the service, sent to an unauthorised service. From start to finish, a terrible experience. Dont use them if you want to establish a trustworthy relation with your dealer because they are complete opposite.

Don't ask me to write an email, tell your staff to act on Ombudsman decision and pay the award.
