Excellent service - exactly on time and work completed very professionally but Mitch and Leon. What's more, the invoice was reduced as the initial estimate was incorrect and, although I had expected to pay a certain amount, I was delighted to save on this task. Such honesty from this professional firm is so nice to see. Thanks.

The staff here are very knowledgable. Michael came and looked over the issue with our solar panel system and arranged a full inspection.

Max arrived on time to carry the inspection out and could not find the cause of the problem. He then spoke with others in the team and they recommended works that would hopefully rectify the problem. This was the most cost effective way to try to solve the issue.

So far it seems to have worked. Excellent service.

We had several electrical jobs undertaking by HES, end of March. The 2 guys arrived on time and did a fantastic job, they were very professional, extremely tidy and courteous.
I was particularly pleased with the new lighting they sourced for our kitchen area, and the advice provided prior and on day was much appreciated.
The timeframe given was very precise and the quote provided didn’t change!
We would definitely recommend HES and would not hesitate using them again for future work.

We have used Heath Electricals several times. Most recently because we had no power to half of our house. Dan spent several hours checking each electric item, socket and wiring to find out what the issue was, and to give us power back. He was professional throughout, keeping us updated, talking next steps and even checked in with us the next day.
I thoroughly recommend this service, and will use them again in the future.

The guys from Heath did a fantastic job. Placed the EV charger exactly where I wanted it. The cabling was attached to the wall in a low location so was not unsightly. Fabian & Tate ran through the Monte App and showed me the RCD, fusing etc.
And to top it off, the whole system was installed with 3 days of Heath quoting

The electrician arrived early thank goodness as we had no power to the downstairs sockets. After 30 minutes he had isolated the problem and by 45 we were back up and running

Needed an emergency electrician for 90 year old mother-in-law, whose lighting had gone. Having used Heath Electrical three times before, it was them we went to. Again their service was exceptional. The electrician Max was there before one of us arrived and had diagnosed the fault and restored the lighting. Max deserves a special mention for his professional and considerate approach in this situation and was a real credit to the company. Brilliant.

Fantastic job by Max and Stan to replace our old fuse box and bring the house up to 21st century electrical standards. They have been here for several days and kept us informed every step of the way, answering questions and taking the surprises that they discovered in our wiring in their stride! Thank you

I had a great experience with HES when they fitted a new EV charger for me. Matt was very communicative and informative when scoping out the job so the costs and timing of the work were clear beforehand. On the day, the other team members got to work quickly and efficiently on a good quality job. They left the place neat and tidy.

Highly recommend this company. Needed an emergency call out due to faulty fire alarms going off throughout the house. A visit was scheduled within hours on same day. Four alarms supplied and fitted by two extremely professional and friendly technicians who even hoovered when finished. Bonus!
