Spent a few days at park hotel Tenby over Easter with my brother and sister in law. Excellent hotel, beautiful location. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms very good, clean and tidy, only thing missing was that there were no tissues in the rooms. Also in the standard rooms there were no complimentary biscuits, but there were biscuits in the superior rooms. It would be nice to have biscuits in all the rooms. The food was excellent, plenty of choices for breakfast and the evening meals. Cannot fault them at all. I would not hesitate to go there again and would happily recommend it to my friends.

Absolute gem this place. You have to visit to appreciate. Honestly there isn’t a pic that could do it enough justice. No matter where u are on the premises inside or out. You get that feeling that your in a five star hotel on the Amalfi coast I to be honest actually preferred the views here. The gardens and grounds are out of this world and a massive pat on the shoulder to the grounds man/ gardener plenty of different areas with its on vibe and views Food was amazing. Home cooked chips were scrumptious. Breakfast was lovely fruit or croissants to start followed by either English or continental. They even brought me bottled coke both mornings which I wasn’t charged for. Hope no one gets in trouble for that gulp. Think it shows what they are prepared to do to make your stay even better. We stayed in the room with the bay window so was obviously a delight with the view over looking north beach and the lovely coloured buildings
Staff were polite and really helpful We did not eat in the restaurant but take my word it smelt amazing. Burger at the Bar was out of this world. We all had one. And sat outside beautiful. One last thing we had the sun on our side so using the heated pool like I said was like being abroad. Crystal clear water and not busy. No towells being left. The day at the pool left us all speechless. What a day. So well done all staff at park hotel. 5 stars from. Me and all the best in the future. See you soon. Rob Ham

Just returned from a short four day break at this hotel.
This hotel is wonderful. First and foremost the staff are amazing and so friendly they couldn’t do enough for us. Massive thank you to you all for making our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel itself is absolutely spotlessly clean inside and out. And superbly well looked after. Our room was a bay view room and again was absolutely top quality with everything you expect in a hotel of this quality. Tv,hairdryer, kettle with tea and coffee making facilities. Ample wardrobe and cupboard space. The restaurant is also top quality with full breakfast and evening meal facilities with plenty of choice and excellently well cooked and presented. The garden bar is clean and modern with drinks available most of the day until 11pm. Again great service from the staff.
Overall a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.
Thanks to everyone at the park hotel for a wonderful experience.
Simon and Chrissy. 😁😁😁

Just got back following a 4 night stay, had room 304 on the top floor which had a great view over north beach and Tenby, lovely well ran hotel, clean tidy and all the staff friendly. Well maintained gardens with chairs and loungers, plus pool, just a pity we didn't have the weather to enjoy them, but everything else was first class.
Only a 20 minute walk into Tenby and if you want there is a path leading from the hotels decking area that zig zags down a hill to the beach, which takes 10 minutes, just a rough path with no handrails so be careful. If visiting Tenby again we've no problem in booking here again

Beautiful hotel. The room was quite small, basic, and cramped compared to the elegance of the hotel. Paid £180 a night. Staff overall were lovely, and the food was really good and plentiful.

I have not stayed there, but I would like to, so I can not judge the service or rooms correctly. The grounds are immaculate, and the view is just beautiful.

Wonderful 5 night stay at Park Hotel.
Sea view room with bay window with Super King bed was fabulous. Had a separate seating area to watch the tide ebbing & flowing! Food was great in the evenings with a good choice. Service excellent. We would obviously thoroughly recommend this place.

Stayed here in February. Price was a little high for the stay but worth it for the location and views. Parking is available at the front and rear and also disabled friendly. They have a little room where it's so warm from the log/gas burner that goes well with a pint and snacks!!! Sadly, because of the location being on top of a hill, some form of transport would be needed if you don't fancy a long walk to the hotel. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Taxi service available for town and around, which cost around £5 each way for 2 people. Outdoor pool available but closed during winter, including a rooftop bar. You also have attractions all around Tenby and Saundersfoot, so it's definitely worth a visit!

Thanks so much to all the staff for making our stay so memorable! See you all again soon!

Situated in the ideal location overlooking the bay with free parking this family run hotel is welcoming and serves some great food. The staff are hard working but always have a smile for you. The pool is now heated which adds to it's attraction.

Stayed here for 4 nights and found the hotel to be of a very high standard.....no way is this 3 star. The rooms are clean and modern , the hotel itself is very modern and well maintained. The food was amazing and we ate in the hotel most nights as it was so nice and well presented. Finally the staff and service were exceptional....everyone seemed happy in their work.
We will definately return......any negative comments are obviously rivals as anyone who has stayed here know how wonderful everything is.

We had an AMAZING stay here over Easter! Firstly, the location is prime - it's up a hill, so a bit of a steep walk (if there are accessibility needs I would call the hotel to see what can be done) - but the view is second to none, as you can see the water and the coloured houses from the restaurant! The staff are all so friendly and accommodating as well. The rooms are very comfy. Two things of note were that there was no fridge in our room, and no extractor fan in the bathroom. However these were small things and overall the stay was restorative! X

Stayed for two nights with my young daughter in a standard double room. We had a pleasant view over the pool and the room was plenty big enough for us. Good amenities in the room including desk, tea & coffee facilities, TV, good storage and charging points.
We both really enjoyed breakfast at the hotel, there was excellent choice and the waiting staff were very friendly.
The views from the hotel terrace were very special and the hotel has nice gardens. A major bonus was there was ample parking which carries no additional cost.

We had a 2 night stay at the lovely Park Hotel, Tenby.
Fabulous views from our room (103) well appointed with comfy beds and plenty of storage space.
Free parking onsite and great walk down to the beach & into town.
Breakfast included delicious cooked breakfast or cold options if preferred. We would like to thank Mary who was a friendly face each morning.
Look forward to returning to this gem.

We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely hotel only 10mins walk from Tenby. The food (good portions) was excellent and reasonably priced. We did not have to wait long to be served by very happy people. The hotel reception was manned by lovely staff, only to keen to help. The views from the hotel looking down on Tenby were outstanding. The heated swimming pool was good and the grounds surrounding the hotel were well looked after. Plenty of seating in outside areas with lovely views of Tenby. We could find no fault with this hotel. The rooms and decor in this hotel were very well maintained. Be sure to visit the downstairs bar with the naughty corner! Would deffinately recommend and will return.
