Glass arrived quickly and was of great quality, when purchasing the glass on the site it does suggest checking the glass on delivery to ensure its correct and free of any defects. When we recieved ours the glass was fine however what we failed to do was check the yellow sticker before chopping away at our van, turns out one of the windows was for the wrong van! Josh at van pimps was fantastic, sent him the pictures and he immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent, we had this within a couple of working days. The service has been fantastic and we can't rate them enough, thank you.

This is the 2nd sliding side window I have purchased from VanPimps. They always deliver on time and the window is always well packaged for shipping. Quality of the product is excellent and they also have videos on YouTube with instructions on how to fit if you're not sure. Will definitely order parts from VanPimps in the future.

Windows were incorrect which was completely my fault. Spoke to van pimps and was advised to send them back and I could have a full refund or credit note. As they did not have the windows I should of ordered I asked for a refund. This was sorted in a few days once they had received the windows back. Very happy with the cab divider curtains, they fit perfectly in a mk7 transit without any alterations needed. Quality of materials are excellent, they help insulate the cold coming in from the cab really well.., postage was really quick and great communication from van pimps., would recommend, thanks.

Needed a wing mirror assembly, Van Pimps had them in stock and delivered it quickly. My mechanic said it was indistinguishable from the original. Fiat wanted 3 times the price for what would've been the same thing. Van Pimps are keenly-priced and efficient, I'll use them again [but hopefully not for another busted wing mirror!]
