Excellent service, whether in store or online. Friendly, efficient staff. If an item is not in stock, they will get in by the next day.

First time I've ordered on-line - I always used to visit the Oakham store.
Amazing and genuine customer service - friendly, nothing too much trouble and efficient. Tanya and her colleague (apologies; I didn't get her name) were everything a customer hopes for (but rarely gets) when ringing up to discuss placing an order.
To put the cherry on the cake - the delivery arrived within three hours of placing the order!
There is nothing they can do to improve on this - perfection.

This is the go too office supply shop in Oundle catering for the majority of one's need in relation thereto. It is only a small shop but has a good range of office based goods. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I've purchased good quality writing paper plus a variety of misc products such as glue, pens and the like. There is some road parking outside although you take your chance as spaces are quickly taken.

Fantastic service and assistance from the two ladies in the shop. Took pride in finding the items we were looking for..biro refills for vintage pens and lead for yard o led propelling pencil. Thank you so much for your help in achieving success with our search.First Class.

Love Coleman's, or at least my daughter does whilst spending my money. It's great that a stationary store can still exist on the high street. Support local, buy local. Although 6 pens, 3 sharpeners, copious note books and 5 pencils later seems a bit overkill...

Very well stocked store with quality and novelty items. One of a chain so they will bring items in from other stores. Also runs the bookstore in Oundle, another great place. Both recommended. Leuchturm, Moleskin, Lamy, Pentel and many more.
