OK, so first time in this store, we were visiting friends hence the visit for supplies.
Staff very warm and friendly directing and taking me to the right aisles.
Shop was immaculate throughout.
Parking was great no problems there and friendly wheelchair access.

Must say that All the staff at this store are a credit to Sainsburys... If only other retailers copied this store model.

Visited Argos to collect items very fast friendly service. Nice experience parking was good. staff was helpful.

The only place as an African I can say has spaghetti like back home. Love their juice selection. The Mrs loves the baby clothes section

Outstanding customer service from the man on produce with the high vis helped me find my way around the store, and made sure I had everything I needed.

Very nice in there it's big in there can buy whatever you need nice bakery area and cook food.

I mainly visit this Sainsbury's for its petrol station. Petrol costs are usually the cheapest in Peterborough. Also for the Argos just located inside the supermarket.

Its a supermarket, usual stuff, clean, tidy.
One very big positive is the ladies on the checkout.. So friendly and helpful.
I refuse to use self checkout, cos it gives them the excuse to remove the biggest asset they have.. The aforementioned checkout staff..

I love the new smart shop app. Just scan, checkout, pay and go. Prices are very reasonable. And who can not like nectar points. 13 pound shop cost me 15p thanks to the points.

Thank you so much to the wonderful staff at Sainsbury’s, my mum was so distressed at leaving a bag of shopping behind. Thankfully a very helpful lady I believe called Sharon at the store retrieved the shopping for her even offering to deliver to my parent’s house. What was even more lovely were the beautiful bunch of roses she left.

Staff always friendly and store clean and well presented

Always clean, tidy, and well organised. Bonus now there's a starbucks in store

It is in need of a revamp as it is tired looking but still great quality products. It is let down by fruit n veg standards with items moulding far too quickly even in cool dry place or even fridge.

It doesn't detract away from the quality you buy at the time. Their system in relation to harvest onto importation and to consumer may be the problem and sat in storage far too long.

I know the process so it can only be between harvest and reaching the shops. Shelf life is dropping considerably somewhere along the line.

Some of the staff that I come into contact with are exceptional and far outweigh the personality vacuum you get in Aldi, Lidl and Morrisons

This is what it says - a Sainsbury's supermarket. It is a good size, well stocked and has toilets, an externally run cafe and an instore branch of Argos but this is designed more for online collections as its stock range is very small. There is a reasonable size carpark but this can easily get very busy. There is also a petrol station which regularly sells the cheapest petrol in Peterborough. It is good for what it is but be prepared for crowds and queues.

Brilliant friendly and very helpful staff make it a delight to shop there. A wide range of great quality food and beverages on offer. I love the hot counter and freshly made pizza areas.
Always a lovely experience to shop at, but I do miss the Coffee shop as does quite a few regular customers. Well worth a visit.
