A very easy internet process to offer my bike to Cash4Bikes, with a swift response from Jake, a decent price & a phone call to confirm collection details.

Really great experience, got my valuation after sending a few photo’s to Jake with an honest description, came back within minutes with a reasonable valuation and collected my bike in less than 24hrs. Money and ownership transferred before the bike was taken away. Couldn’t ask for more. Thanks

Quick response from the Cash4bikes team, they were very straightforward with their pricing too (especially compared to some of the other companies that will offer you money for a bike). There was no issue with bike collection, no negotiating on the day, no trying to get money off or anything like that. Yes, my bike was probably at the bottom end of the price they're willing to pay for bikes, but I have zero issues with their service and it was an offer that was more than anyone else in the game.

I was called back by Jake almost as soon as I submitted online. Polite and friendly call, price agreed and Michael arrived with his van 2 days later as arranged. The team were amazing. We spoke to two companies, the first was absolutely horrific, trying to bullying us into scrapping our bike way under market value.
Jake called me and was nothing but helpful. We achieved way over what the other company was trying to buy our bike for and received all the advice and help we needed through the process.
He was even on hand to settle our nerves when the other company began to threaten us.
Would highly recommend to anyone look to scrap a motorbike.

What superb service!
I was dreading the thought of listing 2 late '90s bikes on the usual platforms (eBay/AT/Fbook). It just didn't seem to be worth the effort.
I sent Jake the details of the (problematic) '97 CBR600 and was very quickly (24hrs) given a very fair value. I spoke to him on the phone and asked if he was interested in the '98 Bandit (oil leak included). He said he'd send a member of his team to visit to quote me a price and collect both bikes.
At the agreed time, along came Michael in his (rather large) van.
What a pleasure he was to deal with. Polite, professional and fair.
Within an hour, both bikes had been bought (at a very fair price) and collected. I was paid on the spot and Michael dealt with all digital 'paperwork'.
I had expected the process to be a chore but I honestly quite enjoyed it!
Please be honest when explaining the bike's condition to Jake/Michael and they'll be honest with you.
HIGHLY recommended!!!

Great service! Just sold my Tracer 900 to these guys got a good price compared to 2 local dealers px offers, no messing about arrived paid the agreed price, did the paperwork, loaded the bike up and gone! I originally gave a 2 star review because of a misunderstanding. I assumed because I hadn't been contacted the bike wasn't wanted. I have now had the bike collected and paid a bit more money than I had expected. Due to illness at Cash4bikes I hadn't been contacted and jumped the gun.
Collection and payment was prompt and polite ...well recommended
