I've been using ValuPets for about a year now for Wafcol dog food. Their customer service is probably the best out there, delivery is prompt and if there's an issue with the order they always call and and offer great advice and solutions or alternatives. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Have been ordering wafcol salmon and potato dog food off them for 12 years now (that’s scary) ever since my then puppy was diagnosed with multiple allergies. They’ve always given great service and called with any queries. Thought it was about time I wrote a review

I'm a big big fan of shopping local and independent, but I've gone here three times and every time I've failed to actually be able to buy anything. Twice because there was nobody there (I went during opening hours, and there was no answer on the phone either). HOWEVER, the one time I did actually manage to speak to the owner, he did seem very helpful and very knowledgeable. So maybe order online, but just don't go to the warehouse.

In response: on Friday 30 October I was there at 10:15. I called both numbers twice and knocked on the door and there was no response. My review remains the same.

This place does not have a real physical address. Just went this morning hoping to buy some dog food but could not find it. The neighbours have never heard of it and it seems that the address on the website has been changed 4 times in the last month. Not sure if it is a scam or just an online store that needs a location to benefit from google services. I'd be very very careful buying online from them.

Update: I have finally found them. I guess that the owners, in their desire to gain more online coverage, have placed the warehouse location on the main road (wedgwood road). It shows how important is to place the little google pin, where you're actually located.
