I had a great stay here.

Lovely customer service. The food was absolutely divine. Great recommendations from the waiter on the pork for dinner with a glass of rose prosecco. Truly an enjoyable dining experience.

I had a complimentary room upgrade which was lovely. Rooms spacious and the pressure from the shower is spectacular!!!

I did fins the toilet seat a bit low but all other facilities were fine. I must stay, the bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby.

Now time for breakfast, the pork and leek sausages were divine and the hash browns had a nice outer crunch and inside was fluffy.

I would 100% stay here again and I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

The hotel is a short drive, around 15 minutes, from the sea front and Hastings Town centre, hotel is set in lovely quiet well kept grounds and so for an active (on site spa, pool and well equipped leisure centre) and/or quiet weekend away is perfect, good for weddings and functions too. We enjoyed our stay, service was very good and helpful staff. The food was great. We got upgraded to a larger suite, which was very comfortable, well kitted out, and spacious, as you can see, all in a fantastic building. The spa facilities were also top-notch. Very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Great Hotel stay. The staff were polite and friendly, especially Maisy on reception who made my stay perfect for me . The rooms are very well decorated, the food is lovely and it’s a great place to stay. Also quite good value for money. I would stay again for sure. The breakfasts were also really nice.

First class service, very friendly staff, clean hotel, beautiful room, great food (and plenty of it) . Used their spa facilities too and again, can't fault it. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our overnight spa package and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Outstanding food and service for a vegan Sunday roast with all the trimmings! We had two courses for £20.95 sat overlooking their beautiful gardens.

They ordered in the vBites Beeph and Turkey-style roasts for us (ask in advance), plus they offer a nut roast. Lots of gravy, crispy potatoes, stuffing, cauli cheese, and tasty fresh veg, including very good broccoli. The soup and desserts were incredible too.

All the team - from Dani, the General Manager, to Mackenzie and co. - who looked after us were brilliant and went the extra mile to welcome us. Thanks all. We'll be back! 🙏🐾🌱🤩

From check-in to check-out all employees could not be more pleasant or attentive. Fast check in, very clean rooms and comfortable.

Restaurant and bar food both very well presented and offer a nice selection.

Bannatyne Spa Hotel would give an impression the hotel and spa would be all under one roof but the gym and pool are next door with its own members naturally,

Please don't read this as any down fall unless your like me and like to put on the bath robe from the room and pop down to the pool,
you still could but if it's raining take an umbrella 🌂..

During the few night stay traveling with two super cars we experienced damage from pot holes, Bexhill area is unbelievable for poor roads.

They do a wonderful Vegan Sunday Roast with starters and desert! The staff are kind, accommodating and attentive. I highly recommended 🙌 Keep up the good work 🙏

Was pleasantly surprised with my stay here. I have nothing to complain about. Special mention for Casey on the front desk who was amazing. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The food was great, the room we stayed in was great, ALL the staff were great and I’d be glad to stay here again.

Stayed at this lovely hotel twice now and would highly reccomend it.The food is amazing and staff friendly.

The hotel was stunning, the grounds were well kept and the rooms were clean. I could not fault the staff every single one of them made you feel welcome. Will certainly be back.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Hotel is set in amazing grounds. The bar is great and decorated with warm, relaxing vibes. The lady serving behind bar is fantastic.

My friend & I went for a well needed break this weekend and everything was perfect. The hotel staff were welcoming and polite, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were tidy, warm and had that at home feeling. The meals were excellent, they took a little while to arrive but it was plain to see that they were short staffed.
The staff at the spa were equally welcoming and went above and beyond their roles to ensure that our needs were met.
I will definitely be visiting again in the very near future.

We were treated to a wonderful anniversary break at the Spa! Were welcome with a sweet treat and a complimentary room upgrade. The room was clean, comfy beds and homely.
The food at dinner was outstanding! Breakfast could be better as things weren’t replenished but overall, this was a wonderful stay. Highly recommend checking out the spa too- loved the outdooor hot springs :)

Went for a spa break for our 5th anniversary and felt thoroughly spoiled. The staff were fantastic and attentive. Front desk enquiries were a breeze through the WhatsApp chat function and they were kind enough to bring up a pot of oat milk at 8am when I sent a request. Food was amazing and the room felt spacious and very comfortable. Lovely hot and powerful shower and the spa treatments were so relaxing. Would definitely recommend

We didn't stay in the hotel but had a day at the spa, it was a good size and well equipped. Used the pool, sauna steam room and jacuzzi and had a full body massage treatment which was amazing, I felt like I was floating after, really worked the knots out of my back and legs. Would definitely visit the spa again

Staying at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! We stayed for my sister's birthday and we were greeted by amazing staff who were looking to please and they did! We had an upgrade to one of our rooms to be near each other. The superior rooms are absolutely amazing. We loved the feature of the bath in the bedroom, it was total luxury! It was nice to have the bedroom and living room separate! The bathroom was beautiful and the waterfall shower was powerful to make you feel like you are having massage.
The grounds of the hotel are lovely and inviting to take a morning stroll, after the delightful hot and continental breakfast. There is also the option to have additional items off the a la carte breakfast menu too, and they are lovely.
If you wanted to have a leisurely time outside of your room, you can visit the lounge area with a full stocked bar.
We didn't get to use the spa facilities but be aware that the facilities are in another building about 2 minutes walk from the main hotel site.

We will definitely be staying here again and look forward to reviewing again, hopefully with more insight to the rest of the property!

Lovely food & so happy they catered for gluten free people even at breakfast time.

We were asked to provide a Roulette table and a blackjack table for a fabulous wedding.
