Brilliant large store very well laid out with great product range. Easy free parking with plenty of parking spaces. Staff inside where very helpful. There are customer toilets and a cafe inside. Very pleasant shopping experience.

It’s my first time using Waitrose but it’s a good supermarket. Their original brand products look amazing.

Good selection of groceries - one of the supermarkets in the neighbour I visited most often! Would sometimes see Big issue vendor Paul near the parking area selling magazine - very friendly and genuine guy. Do stop by and get the latest edition 👋

Very nice and high quality products. Big car park staffs are very helpful. Fruits and vegetables are very fresh. Price is bit expensive then other supermarket.

A huge thank you to Louise this morning. Work sent me out to get sandwiches for lunch but the sandwich chiller was closed off. I asked the lady what was happening and she said it was not working. She stopped her task, took my order, and went out the back and found what I wanted. How nice is that? You are a credit to the store/company and I hope they appreciate you. Thank you again - wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Went to Waitrose Horley about 4pm on Friday 20th Oct. Tried to do self check out and it kept going wrong. Staff member Clare was very helpful and kind and sorted the issues I had lost patience. Thank you Clare.

I have very good feedback for you. I went to the fish bar as i felt that i needed to up my fish intake, normally of which i eat very little. The grey haired gentlemen serving at the fish bar was most helpful & guided me with his excellent knowledge & enthusiasm. I feel now, i have good information to plan my future shopping trips to you and delve into the extensive fish choice you offer. I came away - you will be pleased to hear buying more fish that i intended to & happy to have done so. Thank you Waitrose.

Great store, excellent staff and good service

Took mumsie to horley Waitrose today for a cuppa, we asked for toasted tea cakes, they didn’t have any to hand, so grabbed a pack off the shelf, great customer service, specially from a young lady called Lilly who was so helpful, she also told us about the books to take home and replace,
We will definitely be visiting again 😊

What’s good idea, Waitrose returns for John Lewis items, such an easy return process, then went shopping for some bit and pieces that I don’t need 😂⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Was very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly as usual. Food good and fresh as always.

Always a pleasure walking into a Waitrose . You always know you are going to get quality items . Prices have gone up, but great value on the buy 2 for items . Such as lamb mince gone up to £6 something but get 2 for £ 8 . And you can mix and match .with chicken ,beef etc . So you can get 6 fresh product for £24 ,then add you veg . And you can really taste the difference from another supermarket !!

First time shopping at Waitrose Horley. Got everything I needed, with very helpful staff. Now that both Tesco and Sainsburys no longer have fresh meat and fish counters, we will be using this store on a regular basis.

One of the best Waitrose stores I've been to. Great variety of produce (especially fresh fish and cold items), nice cosy cafe with beautiful photos, good amount of parking and especially very friendly, professional staff.

Wonderful store. So clean and organised, staff are amazing, such a variety of products and very good prices! Definitely must visit this Waitrose!
