Sofology Cambridge

Visited the store today after rude customer service at DFS. We were greeted by Ethan who was amazing, very relaxed, friendly and knowledgeable. I will be recommending sofology to all my family and friends and especially Ethan.

Where to start my wife and  I visited many stores in search for a new sofa, we visited Sofology twice on the day and had the pleasure of meeting Phi Ha he made us both feel really welcome and did not try to apply any pressure on us, he listened and answered all of our questions in a professional and polite way, this was the main reason that we purchased the sofa from here. Sofology has got it so right, perfect mix of help without pressure, homely environment, but most importantly knowledgeable members of staff. Huge thanks to Phi once again.

This review is for Paula, one of the employees at Sofology Cambridge. Paula offered us a great service and I highly recommend her as a go-to person when shopping at Sofology.

We recently moved to a new home in the area and with no furniture, we set out to purchase all necessary items, including a sofa. We were keen to purchase a re-home me or a clearance sofa but the first time we went to the shop we couldn't like anything.

Paula happened to be the person that spoke to us that day and she offered to send us photos of the new round of clearance and re-home me sofas a week later. Sure enough, the following Friday we received an email from her with the photos and sped to town immediately.

Paula was very attentive and helpful on the day too, which we very much appreciated. In the end, we didn't buy any of the sofas on offer but were definitely very pleased with Paula's customer support.

Great Customer Service, we visited Sofology Cambridge recently and had a great customer experience with lots of help from Paula. We selected a sofa from their clearance which unfortunately was not available in the Cambridge store in the size we wanted so Paula immediately initiated a group store chat and successfully identified 2 or 3 stores that held stock. We received calls quickly and a couple of calls later we not only ordered our sofa but a matching footstool from Sofology New Maulden. Delivery scheduled for a couple of weeks! Great sofas, lovely staff.

There are shops, and then there are shops. And then there is Sofology in Cambridge. A finer establishment there never was. Upon entry, my senses were greeted with a varied and aesthetically pleasing assembly of tempting products and I was at once welcomed by friendly, smiling staff, attentive to my every want and need.
The range was stunning, the quality undesputably high. Everywhere I looked there were plump cushions, stylish ornaments and squashy sofas, artfully displayed. One particular white leather piece was so comforting after a long week of work that it promptly whisked me away to the land of nod.
I was tenderly awoken from my slumber by an angelic staff member just following closing time. Despite the tills having closed 20 minutes previously, their sense of duty to customer service prompted them to reopen for me to make purchase of one perfectly delightful footstool.
The impact of this neat item of furnature on my living arrangements has been astounding. My siting room is now the model of comfort, my feet never having to bare the weight of my shins again. It even has that luxury of all luxuries: storage sace. Perfect for jigsaws, board games and playing cards, my housemates and I have never wanted for evening entertainment so elegantly stowed.
I shall no doubt be returning to Sofology very soon, eager for more.

After visiting other furniture shops in the area it was really nice to have a totally different experience at Sofology . We was greeted by Coral ,with a pleasant smile Coral asked if we had been in a Sofology store before she informed us about the store ,and the products,then let us browse. Sofology had by far the best range we had seen . Coral was on hand when we needed her but left us alone to make our choices I think it's important to be there to help but not be pushy and Coral had the Ballance right . I must say the other staff were also friendly to . We ended up buying a three seater which Coral showed us what it would look like in the leather we chose .coral told us about the after care package and other things .we left the store happy with our purchase and the way Coral served us .we had a excellent experience at Sofology Cambridge so different from other stores 👍

Really good welcome and introduction from Phi when we entered, he then helped us to customise the sofa we wanted to make sure it met all our needs, and was very friendly and helpful throughout. Thank you Phi!

Really pleased with the purchase ! Managed to strike amazing deal. Staff prepared everything and I even got a discount when I asked if I can pick up myself. Sofa was well wrapped and prepared for transport- definitely happy

It took a while to find the sofas I wanted and I Love my new sofas they are perfect! I couldn’t be more happy with the Service I received from the video call to going to Vist the shop .great delivery service very helpful and came before the Estimated time .
