Absolutely love this place! staff are so helpful and friendly! always willing to help! new fish owner and they told me everything i needed to know and provided me with all that was needed! they will even test your tank water if you’re in need of help figuring out what’s wrong for a very small price! thank you to all the staff there! i spend most of my days there!

Had to repair a hole in my pond liner, popped in, got great advice on what was needed and how to do it. Bought it, fixed it, perfect!

We rang Blue Lagoon Aquatics, they gave us some really good advice on what was the best pond filter kit for our fish pond which was not as expensive as we thought. We purchased a pond filter kit and they came out within 2 days of us ringing to fit it. Graham went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Graham.

I've recently started using BLA for my pond supplies, but this isn't just a fish shop... It's a full blown stand up comedy venue 😁.

I don't think I've visited yet without coming away chuckling to myself after some banter at the counter.

"Friendly & Welcoming" doesn't really encapsulate what a great set of guys work here.

Best service I could not make my mind up on a fish as soon as I got home I wanted it I called them up to see if they could save it me and they did I had a delay told them and they was happy to hold it until I could get there iv been and got my betta today and I'm really happy with him and the value for money is unbelievable top place top friendly people with alot of knowledge

Excellent supplier of pond and pond products and fish of all sizes and colour I have two very large ponds and keep coy carp I've found the staff helpful and professional and very friendly mind you I have been going here for many years. Just shows the longevity of good customer service and quality lasting the test of time.

Visited today ...what a hidden gem for fish keepers ...plenty of pond fish and a good selection of tropicals considering most places are struggling to get stock due to the dreaded covid ..
