I’ve been looking for the Tandy Leather pen for a while and found it on this site. The price was excellent so I bought 2. The items were shipped quickly and the invoice had a lovely handwritten note thanking me for my custom. This is the difference between independents and the big companies. The attention to detail and appreciation of their customers. I will be visiting their site again.

Incredibly friendly, extremely knowledgeable owners. Prices are excellent for leather and the owners will offer advice and guidance on styles. They are also honest to the point of doing themselves out of money when buying tools. They will ask what you need it for etc and say whether the tool they are selling is worth buying or whether to just buy beginner ones.

I've had great experiences with this company and the staff are really helpful. The identity edge foundation is absolutely fantastic, particularly for split leathers which don't burnish well. You don't have to sand or burnish at all, you just apply the foundation and then the paint and the edge looks amazing. I'd definitely recommend it.

I've immediately forgotten the name of the lady helping me, but she was absolutely brilliant. Knowledgeable enthusiastic and helpful. The shop itself is well stocked with everything I'd need! Be back when i need more bits and bobs definitely.

I walked into this place seeking Horween leather. I was approached by such and interesting and lovely man named Peter. Who was masterful in his knowledge of leather. He also seemed to be impressed by my knowledge of leather for how young I was and he brought me to the back of his shop to have a nice chit chat about what I do and what types of leather I liked. Long story short he gave to me A hide of Shell Cordovan color #8. Entirely for free. Peter if you're reading this, I have put the Shell to good use and I'll see you soon to show you mate.
