We Went to the Marsh Farm today- as they have the ongoing deal of 5£ ticket per person- and free parking. I was a bit skeptical of what to expect as a lot of people have left negative reviews. However, myself and my family were surprised- as the farm has a lot to do, and a lot to offer. Yes, there are limited animals- which is understandable as it is dead winter time- so we cant expect to see butterflies or frogs or hedgehogs (as these undergo hibernation).
The farm has lots to do- see animals such as Llamas, Alpacas, goats, pony, horse, roosters, rabbits etc (please note that you cant feed them). Also has a huge soft play (in the restaurant), outdoor rides, big jumping baloons (which we tried for the first time and really enjoyed). The washrooms were neat and tidy.
The farm has also catered for toddler/children rides (for free and included in the ticket price). We easily spent 3.5 hours today (and it was a cold day)- and could have easily stayed for another hour or more.
The restaurant had good rush considering we had visited at lunch hours.
The mini-golf, beach, and maze, train ride were all fun.
We will recommend it to our friends- and definitely visit again in summer.

Please dont go by the negative reviews- its a wonderful Farm- and it offers for a perfect family day out. Your kids are going to enjoy no matter what!
Keep it up Marsh Farm team.

The Santa experience here is worth every penny. It's like a mini theatre experience. So much included in the price. Great keepsakes from each part of the adventure. Children loved it. Perfect with the ice skating rink. Wrap up warm though!!!

This farm is dreamland for children. We drove from London and we were pleasantly surprised. It has a section with lovely farm animals but also a a stable with ponies, a little lego area, a funfair, a sandpit to dig for fossils, several playgrounds...it is just perfect. It wasnt crowded so it was very nice to walk around. My children (6 and 3) had an amazing time. My only suggestion to improve is the fact that even thought it is advertised to close at 5pm in fact the funfair rides and the cafe close at 4pm; it will be great if they could extend it until 5pm as otherwise the day is much shorter. We will be back!

Lovely place to take the kids/grandkids. Nice and dry, lots of places to play, take beach shoes & their swimming costumes in the summer for the water play. Train ride, yea cups & carousel all free. Special events on in school holidays, indoor soft play with a cafe. Bouncy castles, large outdoor climbing frames. Lots of fun for everyone. No adults allowed without children. Cheaper to buy tickets in advance but not essential. Have been weekdays, weekends and special events during half term. Always a different theme.

Loved it ! We had a lovely day out today All the grounds were well kept the flowes all look beautiful and my 4 year old grandson had a brilliant time and we didn't even have time to see everything!! Shame about the girl picking her nose as she made my latte but I'm not going to mark down the 5* for that one thing

Spent a wonderful afternoon at Marsh Farm with our 4 year old grandson.
So much to do and see.
We were delighted to be able to see new born lambs, and all the other lovely animals. It is such a refreshing change to pay one price and everything is included. Even the feed for the goats.
Indoor and outdoor fabulous play areas, also crazy golf ⛳ and ride on tractors 🚜
We will definitely take a picnic next time and spend the whole day there 🥰

Visited on Saturday 24th July 2023 with my sister, brother in law and their toddler. We bought the tickets online, on the day for a very fair price, and it was absolutely worth the drive and money spent!! You can save a little bit if you buy in advance of the day.

I recommend downloading the app (Marsh Farm, there are also QR codes at the start). It was really helpful for getting around, finding activities, animals and gave me notifications for upcoming events so we didn't miss anything.

The Toddler Festival was on, and there was a variety of different activities for the kids to participate in - everything was child friendly, and I appreciate that only those with kids are allowed entry. You REALLY get your money's worth, with events throughout the day for the children to look forward to (including animal meets, animal feeding, foam parties, magic shows) and everything is part of your ticket price. The animals are well looked after and have spacious enclosures with ample food, shade, toys etc.,

You're otherwise welcome to explore at your leisure, digging for gems in sand, playing a game of mini golf, building huge lego structures, or relaxing on the purpose built beach and bouncy trampoline. Absolutely LOVED it, and would like to go back during another seasonal event :)

Absolutely loved it here. Lots to do for little ones. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter got to feed a few of the animals. This was not rushed, she was able to take her time and feed them all. We were the only ones in the animal barn area at one point and they still made a fuss and let her stroke the ferrets, ducklings and baby chicks. They have a mini fairground with attractions such as a carousel, teacup rides and train ride. The lady operating it was very friendly and let everyone who wanted to have a go, go on as many times as they liked. (it was not busy at all when we went and it would probably be different if it was busier.. There was around 5 children in total when we went, including my daughter.)
There is also two huge inflatable pillows, surrounded by sand that children can jump on and enjoy. There are two separate play park areas, a large sandpit area and they're currently building a beach area with paddling pool. They have a mini golf area and an indoor soft play that is all included in the price.

I thought it was extremely great value for money and a lovely day out overall. Take a lunch and save money there too as there are several picnic spots around the place. If not, you can order food from inside the soft play.

The grounds were neat and tidy. The animals looked happy and well cared for - which is a huge plus to me and there are plenty of hand washing stations and sinks around.

Oh, forgot to mention.. There's a role play village too! This place has everything!

We will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful time at the Superheroes and Princesses event today, there was one huge improvement from last year - we met Ariel and Spider man indoors and there was a little show prepared for the children. Ariel sang a song and met all the children, Spider man did wonderful job engaging the children with a game and impressive stunts. The outdoor area is fantastic, wonderful way to spend a day out with the kids.
Well done, we will come again.

Marsh Farm, we've had a fantastic day. My 2 year loved all of it, Lots to do around the farm all include in the price. Food and drink is expensive we took our own. Funniest part was the man dressed as a police officer walking around making sure everyone was behaving and using a water gun to surprise people.

The dressed police officer gave my partner a speeding fine on entry due to pushing the buggy to fast lol.

We took our two children to the Santa experience this past weekend and it was superb from start to finish. I was shocked to find there wasn't an enormous queue, and we got hot drinks immediately with no wait.
The experience itself was amazing and the Elves were excellent. The only thing that let it down was the lack of imagination in the playground area and around the Ice rink. There could have been lights along the route bringing it to life, whereas we actually took the train ride which was completely in the dark! Touch those areas up and it's truly a 5*

Our first time visiting was during half term week, granted it was super busy but there was still more than enough space to walk around and enjoy yourself without bumping into people! There was a great atmosphere and decorations for Halloween and more than enough photo ops for the little ones.

The friendliest most attentive staff. Especially Kate in the hatchery! Clean. Well maintained. Covid rules in place for indoor areas. Can book online and pay at the door. Food places. Toilets. Lots of things for kids from 0-12 years. Lots of free activities. Lots of events. A full family fun day out. Great value for money. Plenty of photo opportunities! Free parking and plenty of it. Farm shop too!! Highly recommended.

Lovely day out on an elf adventure. The trip was organised by my daughter's nursery, but we will certainly return. Entrance is £15/child(includes a make an elf toy) or adult and it's worth it. There is a big car park in front and because it was Wednesday there was no queue. Lovely and warm welcome into a barn decorated for the holiday with so much taste. There is an area to write your Santa letters and a post box outside. When you go out you see the extent of the farm, it's massive with outdoor playground, picnic area, mini golf course, animal walks, make an elf, jumping pillows (massive inflatables), play barn and restaurant, 3d theatre , etc. You can spend a few good hours (we had 6) without a dull moment and I believe in the summer you can enjoy even more. The cafe is on the expensive side, but with quality food. Would definitely recommend

I took my grandkids to the marsh farm bubble n Bob kids summer festival. It was a brilliant day out. They had everything there. A Man made beach, pool, animals, rides, big sand pit, bouncy pillows, face glitter and much more!! Also my grandson is a wheelchair user so it was so nice to see accessible things for him to do. It was the best day out this year with the kids. Both the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
Would highly recommend to all.

Our whole party had a wonderful time here on Monday. Kids and adults a like.
Staff were great, plenty to do, lots of space and different activities. We loved the disco in the dark and the bouncy castles.
The swimming pool was very shallow this year which meant the children couldn’t swim. Perhaps there could be a shallow one for toddlers and a deeper one for older kids next year? Thanks so much for another fab day!!

We came for the first time at Marsh Farm, just to see Anna and Elsa. We had a great day and the kids really enjoyed the characters. If it wouldn’t be for the long drive (2h) we would’ve stayed more, as we haven’t really had a chance to see everything.
