Costa Coffee

I must say visited Tuesday 26th March 24
@ 3pm. Best costa I have been in, nice friendly staff and good service never had this in a costa before.

I would like to thank TIA for her service today.
My little girl had poured my drink every where and my little girl was sitting on my lap.
Tia rushed over to help me and clear everything up. Didn’t even moan was just so happy to help me out! When your a mum in that situation it is motifiring and Tia made the situation feel much better.
She even replaced my drink I haven’t even had a sip off and my daughter biscuits.
Just wanted to give her a review, as I felt horrendous but she made me feel so much better.
So thank you Tia for your service xx

Despite being told my little, old dog wasn't allowed, the staff were so polite & helpful. Clean, bright, busy place. Wish I could afford to go more often.

Great experience here.
Was a good place for my (not even 1 year old) son and I to have lunch before going to baby sensory classes.
The staff are incredible, they should win an award. So tentative, friendly and helpful. Especially as I don't tend to have a spare hand, so they always offer to bring the tray to my table when the foods ready.
Excellent baby facilities, highchair and changing.
Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

Shop smaller than some but great atmosphere. Customers and staff friendly even though staff very busy and rushed off their feet. Orange cake, citrus cake, and caramel cakes are some of my favourite. Will go back, if only for the friendly people there.

I have always enjoyed Costa and yes sometimes you have to wait a little longer than usual but the staf are always super friendly and service is amazing.

I go in on Saturdays before the rush and get great coffee and a friendly service. I've noticed some impolite customers get frustrated, but what would one expect when it's busy? The Costa team are very helpful and kind and serve drinks too older folk on their table. It's a small cafe with a large seating area for it's size, it is wheelchair friendly and room for small children. It's located in the middle of the town, so in the centre of everything, there is a pay and display carpark at the back but it's giant for everyone in Rayleigh.

Very nice, cosy ,warm lovely beverages and food, a little pricey though. Would only come hear for a treat as you can get the same drinks and food somewhere else for a lot cheaper like a corner shop or something. Although, you wouldn't go somewhere else for their staff, they are polite, welcoming, fun and very friendly. Would advise to come here definitely. There is literally something for everyone at Costa, from babies ( baby-ccino) to people in a rush ( take away coffee). Love this place, I personally come here regularly. X ❤☕🌯🍼🍴

Very pleasant and peaceful. Excellent service, and the coffee was wonderful.

A great coffee shop. Can be bust at times (especially just after 9AM). You get served fairly quickly and if you wanted to sit in you can normally find a seat.

Always enjoy an oat latte or oat choi latte in the heart of rayleigh. Thank you to all the staff. See you again soon.

Rayleigh Costa does get crowded and they do have the occasional mix up. But it always ends up with a smile a laugh and the best coffee around. What more can you want? P's if you feel it's expensive try somewhere else no one's twisting your arm to go in.

I love the atmosphere in this Costa, meet and greet is great, service is good and you aren't pushed to leave.

Quick service and quick prep. Was in and out within 5 minutes

Place where you always feel welcome. Example to others. Warm and friendly staff, no ling waiting even during weekend.

Go here every day, staff personally greet you and remember your usual coffee. My coffee is usually ready by the time I have paid.

One of the better Costa Coffee branches we have visited.The young Barista fella is a bit of a perfectionist with his Coffee which is nice to see
