Excellent service, have always used a Ford main dealer in the past but my faulty headlight was replaced within 15 minutes of me arriving. Great client service. Will certainly be using Halfords in the future.

I called Halfords as I had noticed that one of my headlamps was nor working on dipped beam. I was told by Matt that I could drive down and it would be replaced while I waited. Lianne and Luke attended to me when I arrived. I asked if brighter bulbs were available for my 2009 Fiesta. Luke recommended new bulbs and fitted them in just 20 minutes. Stellar service at a very reasonable cost. Many thanks.

This review is for Halford garage in Rayleigh. Booked my MOT and service, both were completed with high standard. I was served by Adam, I can’t stress enough how satisfied with his level of service I was. Will definitely recommend and will go again for my MOT and service.

Excellent service getting my daughter’s first bike. Leanne went above and beyond for us when the particular bike my daughter wanted wasn’t in stock, collecting it from another Halfords store herself! Thank you, you made a little girl (and her disabled mummy!) very happy 😊

I had an appointment today for a new tyre to be fitted. I had been given an advisory on a tyre a few months ago from a different local tyre company that I usually use (sorry Halfords!!) When my tyre was in for fitting today, the staff came to double check which tyre needed changing and if I knew the reason why? I didn't know the reason just that I had the advisory on my paperwork from the previous tyre change. I was then informed that NONE of my tyres needed changing as they all had between 5000- 8000 miles left on them!! I was then offered a refund on the tyre I had ordered. I am really grateful that your staff were honest in telling me this rather than going ahead with the fitting and taking my money as I would have been none the wiser if they had done. Needless to say, because of today, from now on Halfords will be getting my custom. Thank you.

Visit here often as I work just opposite. Always helpful staff. Get everything I need from here. Having a trade card saves me huge amounts of money, especially on tools such as Halfords advances. Most of my tools have come from here along with things like motor oil and screen washer fluid. Great range of tools, car accessories, bikes and more. Free easily accessible parking is also avalible.

Just had to pop to Halfords to purchase a rear brake light. The chap at the counter found it for me immediately and another guy fitted it, all within 10 mins for just £11.95 - great service, would thoroughly recommend.

The person who served/helped me was very knowledgeable and very good, explained everything to me and answered all my questions.

It was easy to find the part I wanted after I entered the reg number. Excellent service when I collected from my local store. I was concerned by the message on your website that said my MOT had expired yet a quick check on the .gov site said it was still MOT'd!
