Matthews Dental Practice

I can't praise Matthews Dental Practice enough. For some unknown reason I developed a real fear of going to the dentist so much so it made me feel sick just driving past any dental surgery. I called the Practice to talk about it and Samantha, the Practice Manager, was amazing. Really understanding and so kind and compassionate, she spoke to me at length and gave me the confidence to attend an appointment. When I got there she was incredibly supporting, she remembered speaking with me and was so reassuring going out of her way to support me. Mr Andrews was really understanding even though I was literally in tears going into his room. He was kind, unhurried and very understanding. I honestly didn't expect that level of care and compassion. I felt humbled to be honest by the level of care they gave me. I would highly recommend Matthews Dental Practice.

Excellent service, great friendly staff . Emergency root canal treatment carried out expertly and efficiently with no pain and a saved tooth.

My husband and I have been patients of Mr Mathews for over 30 years, and he is the absolute best. The staff are all friendly, helpful and professional , and we feel so fortunate to be patients at this nhs dental practice. Thankyou all.

I have to say best dentist I have ever been to .Anthony and his team are just wonderful .Sam who is front of house is so kind, professional and welcoming. If you feel scared in anyway Anthony will make you feel safe as I do he is just wonderful and all the work that my family have had done with anthony is just the best .
We are truly blessed to have found him and his wonderful team to look after us 😁

First visit for my Wife & I two weeks ago. Mr Mathews was very professional, clearly explaining everthing. Early days, but everything bodes well. A definite 5 stars. Thank you all

I had an emergency appointment at this dentist and he was so patient and helpful and gave me some good advice. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful

Excellent dentist Mr Mathews, I can't give 5 stars because it's a dentist ! I don't mind going and feel really relaxed as relaxed as one can be in a dentist chair! He is excellent with my grandson and my daughter only knows he is the best dentist she has had.

Dentist missed the fact my son has extra teeth.... surely that's basic 1st year dental student knowledge. Complained and they couldn't even be bothered to follow their own complaints policy. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Sorry Mr Jones .. awful bedside manner! As a nervous patient I left even more petrified .. 😷😈😰😭😖
