When little appeared on the UK market, a lot of people turn their nose up at it. We regularly visit the branch in Monmouth which is our nearest one. If you shop here you can definitely see a significant reduction in your weekly shopping costs. By comparison Asda and Morrison, may be larger but the offer is more expensive. Don’t even get me started about Waitrose.🤣

Best Lidl experience I've ever had! I visited on a Wed afternoon, before the schools were out and the store was clean, well stocked and blissfully quiet. No parking restrictions either. Definitely a 5* experience.

Always worth a look in the middle isle.
Good food at reasonable prices

Plenty of parking. No queues to get in and minimal wait at the tills.

Good selection of food.

Also had minstral paddleboards and accessories at very good prices

We have been to Lidl, Monmouth on several occasions but this morning we were served by Mollie. She was a very pleasant young lady, very helpful, friendly and good at her job. Well worth a mention!!!

Went in today to do a spot of shopping. Went looking for a chicken to do a nice roast chicken for the next day and as I picked up the chicken the bag broke and juice ran all up my arm and all over the products. A staff member was close by and was very happy to help, the staff brought me some wipes for my hands and removed the broken bag and clean all the products she was very nice and friendly even the check out staff were very friendly as I paid for my items. I will be happy to come back again

Typical Lidl supermarket. Great prices and lots of choice.. Free parking right outside too. It's just of the main road so keep your eyes peeled as it's quite easy to drive straight past

Very helpful staff (male) who helped moving some heavy shelves to the car.

Easy to park and 4 checkouts open so only a little wait. Fruit and Vegetables low stock after Bank Holiday weekend, which is expected.

The staff in the Monmouth branch are an amazing bunch of people, they work really hard and such a nice friendly team doing their best to keep thing going. They deserve a medal working through these crazy times of the virus madness. Let's hope someone in head office appreciates them because the local people do.

Was ok not enough disabled parking unfortunately had park in child space which had upset mam not happy with me 🥺🥺 but ok in the shop good selection

First time at lidl's in Monmouth after Lidl in Hereford closed for refurbishment. Found it easily using Google maps. Staff were very friendly and helpful. £5 voucher came in very handy too. Excellent!!

Love Lidl. They don't stock everything but what they do stock is good quality and a lot cheaper than the major supermarkets. The jars of roasted red peppers are gorgeous. Alcohol is very reasonably priced.Fresh fruit and veg. All you need really.

Not my usual store. However staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Very busy. Good as expected.Great staff on checkout.Carpark layout a bit weird. Store entrance is the wrong end in my opinion.
