The barista are truly amazing lovely people and ever drink and meal they make feel like they have put genuine effort into it. Lovely vibe, chill people and just an amazing, reliable, chilllll cafe.

I visited this costa on friday and Saturday last week with my partner. The best service i have ever had at a Costa by a country mile. The girls serving are so friendly which makes the coffee experience even nicer. Thanks ladies:)

Great friendly staff. Ever so helpful. Was clean and well managed. Drinks were made very very well. Immeasurably better than the costs in Ross on Wye and other big brand name stores in Monmouth.

Everyone at this Costa is absolutely fantastic,
they are friendly, welcoming and make great coffee every single time. No other coffee shop compares in my opinion! They even double cup my every order after I asked for it one time 🥰

Just one bit of negative feedback that relates to all Costa cafes why are they reluctant to give you serviettes?....Come on Costa stop being so stingy on the serviette cost cutting.👍

Great place. Really friendly and considerate staff. Threw a large latte (accidentally!) over myself today and the staff were amazing: cleared up spilt coffee, replaced FOC, and spared my embarrassment. Thank you Costa Monmouth.

Like the majority of corporate chains, "once you have been to one, you've been to them all", that is apart from the staff.
I wouldn't normally review but the guys here, especially Bryony, are exceptional.

Staff were professional, polite and funny. Had a laugh as well as great food and coffee. Will definitely be popping in again soon.

I love the Monmouth Costa coffee especially the manageress bry and her lovely team they are always smiling....its always clean and tidy and most of all good coffee...the brie baguette is lovely followed by the carrot cake... best around it makes for a perfect day thank you everyone

I love going to Costa but they will not give me an extra t bag now as the tea is so weak and as I only drink tea I either have to take an extra t bag in with me or not go at all. Sorry Costa.
