This hotel is perfectly placed in the Broadway. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a nice size bathroom. All the staff were very friendly from the moment we walked through the door.

Went to The Grill in the evening and it was nice, again with a greet service from all staff serving us.

In the High Street in Chipping Campden...proper old world pub...super friendly staff...food is fantastic...my favourite of a light bite ...Stilton Mushrooms with Fresh Bread...amazing.

San Miguel is a beauty pint...cosy inside even better sat on the street watching the world go by...

This hotel was lovely! Quiet, cozy, comfortable bed and space, bathtub and shower, tea and hotpot and milk in the room. Great size and on the Main Street.

Excellent breakfast included.

Lovely welcoming hotel. Popped in for coffee and to look at some prints by Paula Jayne, which they had in their little shop.
Very pleasant land lady and two nice open fires to warm to.
Nice coffee
We didn't see the room's so can't comment

Excellent food and service. Nothing too much trouble and we had an overwhelming impression that the staff and management were actually really concerned to make sure that we not only enjoyed our visit but had everything we wanted. Food was brilliant and breakfasts were the best I've ever had in a hotel. Top marks to everyone.

Very welcoming inn with olde world features, set in a picturesque village. We stayed overnight and from beginning to end, the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.
We are plant based and my wife gluten free too so didn’t have high expectations for breakfast. However, on asking they had GF bread and cereal as well as alternative milks and butter.
We found our stay excellent value for money and would definitely return if in the area.
I wholly recommend.

We came here last weekend for an impromptu stay in the Cotswolds. I have to say that the bar staff are the nicest people in the world, we had some lovely conversations and I loved a mooch around the pop up shop. Your pub is so welcoming and something that larger chains could learn a lot from. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and for taking the time to get to know us non locals xxxx

We didn’t stay at the Lygon Arms, but have eaten there several times and never disappoint with their food.

So this time we met friends there for dinner, and what a treat, always welcoming and friendly staff. Our table was near one of the open fires which made it feel cozy.

Great variety of beers, wines and spirits to choose from.

Excellent drink service at the table, the standard menu and specials board options were excellent and it was difficult to choose.

Between us, we had the lamb burger, Caesar salad, chilli con carne and the fish chips, fantastic food. Luckily, we had room for dessert and once again, first class food.

Having eaten at a number of places around Chipping Campden, for choice, quality, service and price; this would be my number one choice. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Came here for lunch and it was delicious. Lovely bar with a fire at each end so cosy and warm. Comfortable seating. Music not too loud. That’s gives them ten out of ten already. Then the lunch. The eight ounce beef burger was succulent with all the trimmings and the fat chips were hot and full of flavour. The Stilton and walnut pie had crisp pastry. Nice red cabbage and the fat chips were yummy. Very good size portions and the lady serving us was delightful and lovely. Ten out ten could not have been bettter.

If there is one place you want to visit while in Chipping Campden, this is it! The food is absolutely delicious - honestly the best food we had during our 2 weeks in England. Just don’t make the same mistake we did: Make a reservation if you want to enjoy a Sunday roast at this pub. We did not, and I’ll probably spend the rest of my life dreaming about just how good their Sunday roast must be.
Friendly staff, excellent food and charming atmosphere.

(We only visited the pub, did not stay on premises)

We came to stay as a couple for a December weekend get away and had the most magical time at the Lygon Arms. The minute you walk through the festively decorated entrance you can’t help but feel cheerful. After a relaxing afternoon in the luxurious spa, a memorable dinner in the majestic dining hall and too many bottles of wine and rounds of chess by the fireplaces, we will certainly be back. I would definitely recommend the Lygon for a cosy getaway in the quaint streets of the Costwolds!

This is an absolutely fantastic place. Beautiful, well-maintained rooms with a traditional feel, lovely welcoming service and really delicious food. I highly recommend the Steak, Ale and Stilton Pie. Yum!! All this and it is located right on Chipping Campden's beautiful high street.

We stopped for lunch after a long walk. The ploughman’s was the best I’ve had. Food, service and the open fire were excellent. Thank you very much.

The Lygon Arms could not have been more helpful and pleasant. We were walking part of the Cotswold Way and they let us leave our car in a secure place.
Our room was very spacious and comfortable with everything that we could want. Although the hotel is on the main street the room was very quiet. Lunch, dinner and breakfast were all delicious.
The hotel has character and I highly recommend it.

We didn't stay here but had a meal here last night and it was absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend the steak Stilton and ale pie the gravy was delicious. My husband had the lamb chops which were also lovely and came with 5 different veg. Very friendly host too.
Its a very cosy pub with only a few tables so was sad to see that two of the tables which were set up for guests and reserved but they did not turn up which in these difficult times was such a shame as twice people walked in and were turned away as full.It only takes a phone call to cancel.

Stopped in for tea and a chocolate-orange truffle... Delicious! It was a slightly rainy day and we greatly enjoyed the potato leek soup and baked cauliflower we had for lunch.

We stayed in Chipping Campden last week and was struggling to find a restaurant/pub with good vegan options. We stopped in here during the day and although they didn't have any vegan options on their menu, they offered to make us some vegan food for the evening. When we arrived, they had prepared a starter and two mains for us, all of which were delicious and so nice of them to go out of their way to make something off menu. Would highly recommend :)

We had a dinner here, I was surprised how many courses are on their menu. Super meal very impressed I'm sure it's the only restaurant in Camden where you can have a fillet steak. Well done team at the Lygon Arms highly recommended

There's very good reason why we keep coming back again and again. Perfect break, cannot fault this place in any way. Courtyard suites and courtyard classics are fast becoming our favourite rooms. Try the cottage for something different.
