Premier Inn Rochester hotel

What an amazing stay, just want to say thank you to Gill who was absolutely brilliant, she was so kind and helpful can’t thank her enough.
We were told there maybe problems with our rooms and the AC is not working which was disappointing but Gill kindly sorted everything out and we had the most pleasant stay. Thank you again Gill

This is a lovely premier inn with absolutely amazing staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Sam, Sonny, Gill, Nicole and Denise!! Would recommend this place as there’s so much to do near by and it’s such a clean, comfortable hotel!

We stayed at the Premier Inn Rochester for two nights while visiting diggerland. It is ideal for diggerland as it is practically next door, with a great view over the medway. The family room was large and clean, with air conditioning in the room. A single bed and travel cot had been set up prior to our arrival.
The two ladies on reception were so lovely and friendly and helped us settle in.
Breakfast was varied and plentiful, but the highlight was Katriana, the host at breakfast. She noticed two very tired parents with a newborn and a three year old and was so kind and helpful. She gave some toys to our toddler to play with so me and my husband could both eat some breakfast whilst also attending to the baby. I honestly cannot tell you how appreciated that was! We will definitely book again for our next visit!

We use this hotel fairly regularly and so far it has met our needs everytime. The black out curtains help with sleeping and the breakfast is good value and the restaurant is clean and the food is well presented.

A great place to stay with helpful and friendly staff and excellent rooms. Nice food served also in the adjoining restaurant.

Surprised at the quality, service, cleanliness ,friendly staff. Expecting cheap and cheerful but every thing was like a 4 star hotel . One of the best premiers in Kent. . Definitely going back. River views, cinema next door and restaurants along the river. Amazing standards in this hotel and staff couldn't be more helpful and breakfast was extremely nice .Returned and was even better, love this place !.

We have used lots of Premier Inns, so we knew what to expect. However, I have to say, the staff here were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I could see they work really hard. I was touched and incredibly grateful to the staff who picked up that it was my birthday and bought a card and chocolates to our table with our evening meal. Please Mr/Mrs Manager of this Premier - you have wonderful staff - hope you appreciate how good they are. Thanks again.

Clean and good value in a great location..the lady at breakfast on Sunday was really helpful and friendly. No car parking fee which makes a nice change ! The food at breakfast on Sunday was lovely- usual coked breakfast items plus English muffins and crumpets which was a nice change.

Stayed here for the night and can honestly say the staff were all lovely - especially Denise! It was my daughters 4th birthday and Denise went out of her way to come to our room and give my daughter two presents and a card, it made my daughter so happy! She even went the extra mile and gave us free ultimate WiFi and free breakfast in the morning, we didn’t expect this at all. The room was nice and clean, the view wasn’t great but we was worried about that at all, didn’t make any difference to our visit. Denise really went out of her way for us and made the end of my daughters day that much better. Would definitely think about coming back if needed

This is a great Premier Inn. We stayed here last weekend 30 June/1 July for a family wedding. Most of the wedding party and the guests booked rooms here and all of them said their rooms were great. I really wanted to commend the staff at this hotel. Denise (Queen D) on reception was really helpful sorting out all of our room and making check in so easy considering the amont of us that where there. Also the Bar staff who did a great job on the Friday night. The restaurant staff were great, Breakfast was lovely and everying topped up regularly so very fresh. We would definatley stay there again.

So this trip was for my daughters 4th Birthday and all I'm going to say is when leaving the hotel today to come home she creid and asked to stay another night. Kids don't lie, so it's definitely a wonderful lovely location.
The location is lovely and welcoming with so much literally within walking distance. Who doesn't love a game of bowling and some 2p machines it's a young child/or a couples dream location for a hotel.
We stayed for 2 nights and I can truly say as hotels go the best hotel I've been in. The staff are very welcoming, on arrival we never spoke to any staff as we used self check in. However everyone else was very welcoming and friendly and they treated my little girl like royalty for her birthday when we went down for dinner on Sunday night. Even got her a little gift and a card which was a lovely surprise for us all, as you can imagine made our daughters day. Then to follow on she ended up getting a free ice cream, so thank you to the lovely staff on Sunday evening we really appericated it.
The rooms are clean, however there was a little issue with the room but nothing bad, just a issue they will need to sort so I will private message them as its a easy fix and I don't want to make them sound bad, as overall its a lovely place and will definitely travel back.
Also if you don't fancy the hotels dinner or breakfast you have McDonald's which is a stone throw away, and literally open 24 hours a day, so you'll never go hungry!!
What I will say if you want snacks I'd definitely get snacks before you arrive because the machines in reception are a little over priced, we got a pack of mini chedders for £1.50 pop to tesco you'll more than likely get a mutipack for a pound.

Service was absolutely fantastic! The reception team were so helpful, especially Megan who was there on the evenings of our stay. Loads of food options around so you don't have to travel too far out. Room was comfortable, however not to the standard you'd expect of a Premier inn, but not worth complaining about as it was just a room for the nights.

We were well taken care of as my husband has difficulty walking long distances
Great view from our room
All staff at breakfast and dinner were fantastic
Bless them with a new computer service took its toll on them so don't get impatient with the staff
Housekeeping staff also wonderful

Great hotel, friendly staff and lovely rooms

Another stay at an excellent Premier Inn. In a good location across the river from Rochester Town which is very good place to visit. The hotel itself is clean, the staff very polite and welcoming. More than happy to help when I asked to be moved to a room nearer the lift - due to mobility issues. If you don't fancy hotel food there's a McDonalds literally across the road. A 2 minute walk to get to a multi screen cinema, large bowling alley, bingo hall, family oriented pub serving food, and some other restaurants.
